Love The Place! Brought many friends who didnt really care for the taste of wine, but at The Cork, they got to taste different styles of wines and now they love wine... So if you're not sure about wine, this is the place to go to experiment... Very friendly and helpful :-)

Where do I start? From the moment I walked in the owner, Issa, was very friendly. He was very helpful and ordered wine I wasn't able to find anywhere else. What place do you know will order you whats not in their inventory?! The Cork is a great place to go for any wine lover! The place is beautifully decorated and even has a wine tasting bar!! They also carry Cigars and an assortment of liquor so I can make one stop for the parties my husband and I host.

The Cork is a vital part of our Riverside community as well as an unbelievably useful resource for cooks and bon vivants generally. Without it, you're going to Hinsdale or Oak Park, at least. But it's the personal helpfulness of the staff and wide variety of excellent wines and other liquors that's unrivaled. Whether it's a wine to grab on the run to dinner at a friend's or catering a special event, I've received the best advice and prices anywhere, including the big-box wine retailers.

I found out the owners are expanding and that is why they have been closed irregularly (not sure if that is the best busness practice, but not my store) The owners assured me that Monday is business as usual. Hurray!

With no other respectable places to purchase quality wine and liquor in the Riverside/Berwyn area, the Cork opening has made me one happy guy.

Owners are extraordinarily friendly and attentive. Wine selection is above average and they will go out of their way to bring in anything you so desire.

Nice selection of imported beer and they even go as far as to store your purchases in their database in case there was something you bought and really liked but forgot what it was.

The Cork is a great neighborhood wine and liquor store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the owner will quickly remember and befriend you. The store is small. very well organized, clean, and has a wide selection of beers, wines, liquors, cigars, and some wonderful cheeses. They will open up about any bottle so that you can sample before you buy.

PROS: great selection, good prices, friendly and knowledgeable, tastings
CONS: not the selection of a huge chain store but will order for you what u like
