I am a long term client at this establishment, even since before the ownership changed to the present owner a few years ago. I was treated well before the turnover when the salon was NeoClassique. However, I was nervous about what the new establishment was going to be like, I decided to stay rather than look for another salon. So, I continued receiving service at NeoBella salon. I have found the new ownership to be terrific. There is an overall friendly and outgoing appeal to NeoBella that I noticed from the beginning of the change in ownership which quickly eased my anxieties about a, "new salon" in the same location. I have stated, "It is like someone put skylights in the ceiling", as the atmosphere seems so sunny and pleasant and much more outgoing and friendlier than before. Owner and staff are very professional and extremely willing to please. I have recommended Neo Bella to many who compliment me on my hair color (foils), and style. Incidentally, I pity the stylist that has to color and foil my head of hair as I have enough hair for at least two people! Yes, I seem to receive more compliments now than before the turnover in management/ownership. Long before going to Neo Bella, back when it was Neo Classique, I had my highlights, cut, etc. done in Naperville by an,"upscale" salon with an upscale price! Personnel seemed overworked and not nearly as friendly there. So, I decided to give NeoClassique, at the time, a try. Wow, much better service, less waiting time and better pricing than the previous salon! Now, NeoBella, staff has pretty much changed over, but the owner has a nack for bringing in talent! I still haven't decided which stylist I prefer as all of the staff at NeoBella are terrific. I just began getting, "gel nails" for the first time last July. Heather, you're terrific! Very knowledgeable about nail treatments and overall "glam"! Yes, Heather, you're an awesome lady! ... very willing to teach clients when it comes mani/pedicure treatments, etc. Gals, (and new fellow), at NeoBella, I give you an overall 5-star rating and won't ever leave as I feel I have established what feels like friendships at this salon, I must pass at least 5 full-service salons from my office to Brighton Commons where NeoBella is located. I haven't even considered giving any others even a try as I am very happy with the "NeoBella family".I wish you the very best of luck and prosperity for the future. Keep up the good work! I really love my hair and nails, but especially, love the overall personal and friendly atmosphere, right down to my NeoBella nickname, "Jewelry-June"! So funny, indeed!! Fondest Regards,
