This unassuming sushi joint does not offer much in the way of ambiance, but the sushi delivers. Their spicy tuna handroll was overflowing with fish (thankfully because it was a bit expensive). I have not had the chance to order the chirachi, but it looked better and different than most I have had. It was more of a fish salad with a tasty sauce (which i did try). The Go Alex roll also is appetizing and innovative. I would not go out of my way to dine here, but it's a great place to get take out!

I have been eating at this sushi place for 3 years now and love it just as much if not more every time i go. The food is great. I stick mostly to maki rolls but have also had the sashimi and nigi which are great. I also have had their teriak dinner and undon noodle dishes that are delightful. All their portions are very generous. The miso soup and app. ginger salad are fantastic and get you warmed right up! Besides the sushi, the company is great. It is a family owned and operated place. The hostes/server/owner Lee is always there to greet you with a smile and a "see you tomorrow" and her husband Jesse is the master behind the sushi! His sister Lillia is the charming lady/server who always loves to talk to you:) Exceptional food and exceptional company.

Not my favorite sushi place, but the one I go to the most often. Extremely affordable fresh sushi and HUGE portions! I stick to the maki rolls, the Volcano is my favorite. The place is adorable and tiny with very friendly chefs and servers. The owner always waves goodbye and says "See you tomorrow!"

Much better than the nearby Sushi & noodle house AKA "sushi buffet"

Don't be turned off by the neon green sign! I waited way too long to go to this neighborhood gem. The specialty maki are huge and stuffed with fish- my favorite is the "go alex" roll. The fish is very fresh and I am a total sushi snob. The volcano sauce is very creative, the eel is pefectly cooked, and the service is so friendly and attentive. I don't like mayo and I found the spicy lobster roll to be overpowered by it. Im sure you could ask them to use less mayo though. The place is still byob but with a $10 corkage fee since they also serve wine and beer. If you live in the area, it's a great place!

The volcano roll is the best maki roll I have ever eaten. I probably eat one at least once a week. The rest of the rolls are very good as well. The service is great!!! It is a small owner managed sushi joint, and they always make you feel very welcome. Give this place a shot, you won't leave unhappy.
