I'm writing this because I am sick of the one bad review that keeps popping up on my Google Toolbar Related Issues every time I sign on to my PC. I LOVE Chicago Computer Club. When they say they will monitor your PC, they do just that. A day or so ago, I was having problems with my MagicJack and called for help to CCC after the MJ techs crashed my computer. Immediately they took remote control, cleaned my computer of any & all viruses and restored my PC with better speed than I had in weeks.. I have called them at 9:30PM and they have helped with my pc problems, even though they close @10:00PM. These are very great, knowledgable, courteous and efficient technicians. Unless they broke something and didn't repair or repay you for it, no one can knock them. They ALWAYS do a great job and the membership is well worth the nominal fee each month.
