I hadn't been able to break through with any training with Dudley until this class. He didn't sit, come, stay, down or heel - Now he does- It is possible to train a very active dog! Thank you, You have been most helpful!

Fine for boarding but I would not recommend for training if you have behavior issues, the trainer did not seem to have a clue! He did not ask any questions before assuming things that were incorrect about the dogs behavior, calls himself behaviorist when he's not a credentialed behaviorist. I did not like the training program, or the trainers methods, based on speaking with the trainer.

Shag Bark has been in business for a long time. Originally it was run by a retired state policeman who worked canine. He trained German Shepherds. His son now does most of the training. They do a wonderful job with training the dogs.
You can also board your dog there. It is not a totally enclosed kennel. Our dog did fine there and was well taken care of but if it was very hot or very cold I think iIwould chose somewhere else.
Excellent for training.
