I needed an oil change and found out that I also needed a new timing belt. Cathy, the service advisor that I worked with helped me out so much with the cost. She had some extra coupons and also found parts for a lot cheaper than what they originally were. Cathy proved to me that not everyone in the automotive industry are out to get you and your money.
