i bought a engagment ring and wedding band there about 2 yrs ago as i did my inspections the people never put it in the computer system, now i have a chip in my diamoond and they refuse to replace it with out charging me please make sure when you do your inspections that they put it in the system

I bought my wife a ring from here. It was really nice. I bought it about 3 years ago and its still just as beautiful. The price was great and the people there helped me out a lot.
