Make sure you really like your shoes!

Make sure you really like your shoes before buying! Wore some shoes for 2 hours. They hurt the tops of my feet. Store refused to take them back because there was a little dirt on the bottom (which I will wash off and try to return them again). Claimed that they tell people to wear them on carpet to make sure you like them. No one said that to me, in fact I wore them out of the store, you think they would have mentioned that.

You can always find cheap shoes here, but the trick is to hold out for the truly good buys. Some deals aren't that great, but once in a while you'll find something good in the clearance sections. I like to scope those first before grazing the aisles.
