About my panasonic phone

I bought panasonic phone its nice .This one I buy in in replacement plan. within 30days if I price match from another store they will give the difference.But in my case They are not ready to give .I price match from circuitcity 30$difference is there.When I ask about that they said ,you buy that in replacement for that plan we cant give.
They didnt say any where if you buy in replacement plan we wont give difference like that.I feel very bad.
Expect this every thing is fine in ebst buy very nice place to shop.

I BOUGHT SOMETHING AT THIS STORE FOR $20.00 AND IT'S NOT OPENED & IT HAS THE,BEST BUY LOGO ON IT. I CAN'T FIND MY RECEIPT AND HAVE NO USE FOR THIS PRODUCT.THEY WON'T GIVE ME IN STORE CREDIT. I DON'T WANT THE CASH BUT, THIS STORE AND SEVERAL OTHER BEST NUY STORES I WENT TO WO'NT BUDGE. TO MAKE THINGS WORSE, A BEST BUY SALESPERSON TOLD ME I NEED THIS PRODUCT FOR MY CAR STEREO & I DID'NT.I'LL NEVER SHOP AT A, BEST NUY STORE AGAIN!!! JUST BE AWARE OF BEST BUY STORES, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS JUST THERE SALES!!!
