Beverly Hills Animal Hospital

Dr. Walsh is the BEST!! Our dogs love her, and trust her. She is amazing.
We have been going to her for 5 years. Dr. Walsh is very patient and understanding. She takes time to explain, and is very reasonable. We have never felt we were paying too much for her services.
The staff is nice and considerate and get's back to us whenever our dogs have issues.

Dr. Walsh is an incredible Doctor and reasonalbly priced!

The only negative (and it's a big one), is the difficulty of getting in to see her. Becasue she's so good, she has developed a great following, and it's becomming a hassle to make appointments sooner than weeks out. I think she's overwhelmed.

One thing that would really help would be if she had more mature staff members, some are nice but others are rude as heck. I've been treated as if I was bothering them at work and left on hold for several minutes at a time. Once I was even hung up on when I questioned her about the extended hold time. Another time, I had to insist on seeing Dr. Walsh for my pet's stitches to be removed, the lady at the counter agrued with me that she was capable of doing it. When I finally saw Dr. she thanked me for being persistent as she did find an infection.

I've been tempted to find another hospital as a result of this, but all of my pet's history is with Dr. Walsh and I trust her. I can assure you though, that had I received that treatment from her "help" 6 years ago, I would have never made my first appointment...

I have been going to the Beverly Hills Animal Hospital for over 20 years! I cannot say enough about Dr. Walsh and her staff.

The care my pets have received over the years is nothing less than spectacular. Dr. Walsh is the gentlest, most caring vet I have ever met. She is knowledgeable and does the utmost to make you and your pet feel safe, comfortable and secure. Her staff is knowledgeable, friendly and take a real interest in the animals.

I would recommend that anyone use the services at Beverly Hills Animal Hospital. You won't be disappointed.
