This was a unique opportunity - Fernando Carranza came to me needing a bit more cash to open the restaurant - I invested $10K in the deal for a 8% ownership. restaurant opened and has done well according to Fernando and the reviews but loses money everyyear for the investors - at least up until they quit sending the tax docs out - Chef Soto is sticking any cash in his pocket and who know who else is stealing - stay away, maybe it will die and I can write this losing investment off.

Pros: concept of restaurant was great

Cons: management is stealing from the investors

I've actually never eaten here but have come for the dancing. It's been so much fun! The last time I was here they had a samba instructor teach us all a few moves and it was great to let loose for a while. The mojitos were good as well.

Rumba has the makings of a night on the town, though most people primarily come to dance (or see others dancing). As a result, food takes a back seat---even if the menu supports an occasional standout, like lightly creamy poblano chicken…
