This was the first bridal shop I tried and did not need to go anywhere else! Linda, my consultant, was wonderful. I must have tried on 30 dresses! I recommend asking to go to their back room where they keep all their bridal gowns instead of telling them what you like and having them bring dresses out. This way, you can pick and choose what you might like..but make sure to look at price tags. They have designers alot of other salons do not carry, including Pronovias, La Sposa, and San Patrick lines (gorgeous dresses).
They have a nice selection of bridesmaid dresses also. We received a discount on them because I purchased my wedding gown from there also. All dresses came in before the estimated pick-up date with no problems.
Alterations are expensive so my bridesmaids went elsewhere but they did a nice job on my wedding gown. I had 2 fittings for minor alterations and it turned out fine.
All in all, I would recommend this shop ONLY because of the variety of dresses. Unless you see that back room, you would have no idea how many they have...so go look!
However, customer service is bad, I mean bad. They are not very nice even when you try to politely express concern or complaint. Then when you have to get stern with them to make a point they begin giving attitude and being very rude. What ever happened to, "I'm sorry you were told this but unfortunately whoever told you that was wrong and we apologize for the extra charge?" Alterations are $250..which makes you think every alteration is included right? WRONG. When my mother picked up the dress they had an extra $20 tacked on for a special alteration. Excuse me? It would have been nice to have been INFORMED about an extra charge when we discussed making the change. While $20 is not a big deal, my mother (and me on the phone) could have gone without the rude, almost YELLING from the person at the front desk. And how convenient, the manager was not there. A good place would have waved that fee bc of the miscommunication on their part, but like the woman behind the desk said "you are not special." They get an F for customer service in my opinion.
