Odyssey Fun World

the service, the food and allot of the equipment was inoperable. It was a horrible expensive experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I've gone there before about 5 years ago, but not the clientele has changed and it's like being in the a wasteland. It was a terrible experience.

I recently brought my children to Odyssey Fun World and was really impressed. I haven't been there in a couple of years but I was glad I decided to go there again. There are different types of games so not only could my kids play but I could also. I purchased the combo wristband which allowed them to play unlimited in the climbing area and enjoy the rides for a reasonable price. If there were any problems with the games, the staff was helpful and friendly. I also liked the new line area they made for the redemption counter. It makes getting the kids prizes much easier. I would definitely come back and I cannot wait until my children get older so we can play the laser tag as a family!

I've been there 3times the first two times were fun and OK. I just went there yesterday and i was very disgusted. The ball pit is dirty and i went in the tunnels w/the kids and there was nasty brown stuff in allot of places. So I'm thinking that's never cleaned by any employee, so i do not want my children crawling in there. When i wanted to leave me and my daughter already had our shoes on and i wanted my son out of those tunnels an employee had an attitude about me going in there just to get him w/my shoes on. It really made me mad considering other people had their things w/them in there and the place is dirty anyway. So i really see why it would matter and i think the employee just wanted to be snotty. The food is ridiculously pricey considering on how it taste. Also allot of the games didn't work but u don't find that out until it eats all Ur tokens.

I recently took the kids I babysit to Odyssey Fun World and they LOVED it! They played in the ball pit area for hours, while I got to read a book in the special parents room inside of the area. The food was actually better than I had expected, a little expensive but not too bad.
There were so many different games for the kids, and myself :) The prize counter was one of the biggest I have seen, and I have been to lots of arcade places. Everything seemed pretty clean, I have no complaints about that, and the employees were very helpful especially the ones that fix the games.
I would suggest this place, because we will be going again.

Despite other reviews I ventured out to Odyssey Fun World last week and to my surprise the place was amazing. From the minute I walked in there myself and the children I brought where in heaven.... There is so much for these kids to do there from Laser Tag to Rides Games even bumper cars and so on.... Even the food was decent..Staff was Great kind and Courteous What can I say but I cant wait for summer to come around because my kids are bothering me to try the go karts on 1 of their 2 tracks. This place I see myself being dragged there by my kids a lot more now.

I must say that the activities and things to do at Odyssey Fun World are great - my kids were more than satisfied, but I was very shocked at the attitudes of the people working there. You don't see smiling faces or get a pleasant customer service experience. The people working there seem to take their job as "just a job" and therefore aren't happy with their job, thus causing them to have attitudes.

My daughters wanted to get on one of the rides but no one was there to let them on so we went to look for someone. The girl which we asked about the ride basically gave us this sigh and walked her unmotivated self over there to let the kids on the ride. My kids which are only 7, both noticed the attitude and were then afraid to even get on the ride because the girl "looked mean."

Let's not get started on the exploration adventure! I love the fact that the exploration adventure has a little room where tired parents can sit and supervise their children. However, what i witnessed from one of the workers there was just unbelievable. My husband and i were in flip flops due to the hot weather. we asked if we could go sit in that little room so we can watch our kids. We were told we needed to take off our shoes. Well, i wasn't gonna walk around there barefoot. So i sat on the little bench before you walk in the admission door. As I sat there, a few people kept walking in with flip flops on. I said nothing at first until it became a repetitive thing. So the guy again, sighs, and allowed me in with my flip flops.

This place is just gross! We took our two young children for a change from Chuck E. Cheese's. In the climbing area, there were dust bunnies everywhere, and none of the surfaces looked very clean. Many of the games and rides were either out of order or ate tokens, and there were not a whole lot of games geared toward younger children, nor was there much variety. We will never go back there.

My experience here was just "so so". The place is crowded, seems to be a teen hangout. Not a place you want to bring really young children to. The food is just OK, nothing to brag about, and a little on the expensive side.

This place is the absolute pits. My opinion there is not much to do. We went there for a birthday party and the service was horrible and so was the food.
