Replaced the roof at our rental property in Streamwood, IL. Less than 5 years and the replacement boards are sagging. They claim it is due to the dryer vent. However, the only boards that have warped are the replacement panels. The 30+ year old boards are still good. They refuse to replace the bad boards and will not return our phone calls. I DO NOT recommend this company.
