I haven't ever actually even been inside this salon. But the woman was so rude on the phone that I changed my mind before I would feel like I had to give them my money. Customer service is way more important than a shiny and glossy exterior. I'd rather pay more and go somewhere else.

i read an article in in-style mag and i wanted to give it a try-the interior was unique-the pedicure chairs were like comfy couches. i found the staff to be professional and friendly. Their technique was awsome. i was surprised to be able to get in- they were so busy but I didn't feel like it was a problem there were about 10 staff on the Saturday i went. i would go back again-i will be having a private party there with my girlfriends.

The salon I usually attend was closed on sunday and after a ski trip my nails were in serious disrepair... a new salon opened in andersonville and looked very attractive so i decided to give it a try. The space was beautiful and the staff was nice... but the acrylic nails took FoREVER to repair and the tecnician applying my acrylic acted like sha hadn't done this before EVER... every nail was a different thickness... and here less than a week later they are chipping and loose. Pedicures and manicures that do not include any kind of fancy stuff would probably be fine... but beware of shotty overpriced workmanship...

PROS: space
CONS: quality

This is an average nail salon. I called one morning for an appointment and the guy made it sound like they were doing me a huge favor to get in that afternoon. I was then shocked that I was the only customer in the salon for the entire hour I was there. The woman doing my nails spent the entire time speaking with the fellow workers in their native language which I found to be rude. I usually get my nails done at the hair salon I go to but this one right around the corner so I thought I'd try it. It's been a year and I won't be going back. You're sure to find the staff out front on their cell phones if they don't have any customers.

PROS: none
CONS: staff
