Tabernacle Baptist Church

Tabernacle is a thriving, exciting church in Decatur IL, with a vital ministry for all ages and life situations. Pastor Wes Feltner is an excellent Bible teacher and preacher, and the congregation is involved and growing. There is a full music ministry with choirs and orchestra, a full array of interesting and well-staffed Bible study classes, a wonderful children's ministry from pre-kindergarten through youth, as well as college, career and senior adult ministries. This is a friendly church interested in extending God's grace to people in the surrounding area and beyond.

Exciting, inspiring worship service - great # of outreaches designed to meet needs in the community. Worship services use a variety of mediums - sermon, drama, music(including choir and orchestra) video, big screen. Beautiful sanctuary, friendly people.Vital Youth ministry. New Pastor, Wes Feltner, is quite dynamic - excellent orator, well educated, Bible preacher. Many opportunities for involvement - a place for everyone. When you are looking for a place to worship - don't make a decision without checking this one.
