The only positive thing I can say about this facility is that it has a lot of equipment (although some machines have remained broken for the six months I have belonged) Weights are left all over the place and hard to find (no re-racking

I love Bally's, because I can keep my body in shape without spending lots of money. This location is close to my house, so it's my favorite. I try to go at least three times a week!!!

Just want to say I've been going to this Bally's for the past 4 years and their group training classes are fantastic. The morning ones are led by a dynamic instructor named Nahza, and she will kick your butt with so many high-energy moves you won't know what hit you.

If you aren't into classes, they have a bunch of machines and have just added another row of treadmills. Don't count on the free weights being what you want unless you can go in the group room and use those (sometimes unlocked). But I can usually get a workout in no matter what time.

Not everything is always in perfect repair, but it's a good gym anyway.

Pros: Excellent group classes, free parking

Cons: Tight or non-existent parking at some busy times

Poor management. You never find no one in the main floor they are always upstairs. Employees need customer service training. No one greets you when you come in or when you leave. The gym is always a mess. Weights are always everywhere. Missing collars all over the weight room. Known for opening up to 60 minutes late with out excuses or apologies.

Most Ballys stick to the basics for their design. Televisions broadcast silently above multiple rows of cardio machines; mirrored walls act as the primary decorative components. But thanks to high-energy television ads…
