My Parents were in the market for a 2015 BMW X5 and also considered competitor vehicles such as the Audi Q7. I had emailed several BMW dealerships in the area to set up quotes and configure pricing, and it was here I was introduced to salesmen Terry Mancuso.
I initially went to Patrick BMW in Schaumburg, IL and had a very dishearten experience. So much so, that my wife and I made the decision NOT to buy BMW. While I was leaving that dealership, Terry reached out to me and convinced me to come in and see him. His professional, kind, and courteous demeanor convinced me to give BMW another shot. He explained they would go above and beyond for the customer and would force no commitment like the Patrick BMW salesman (Alan Murad) was doing.
As soon as I stepped foot inside the dealership, I was greeted by everyone there. I asked for Terry and was walked over to his desk and was even asked if we wanted to something to drink. I knew right then and there this was going to be a different experience. Terry greeted us and explained their philosophy at Laurel BMW. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and gallant manner. He worked hard to find the vehicle we needed and wanted. Terry negotiated an out-the-door price knowing full well we were not going to buy that day. This was a large and important purchase for my parents and we needed time to think things over.
I was also introduced to Mike Alder, manager at Laurel BMW. He came over and greeted us politely and even lowered the cost for us some more. I told them I needed a few days to think about it and would contact them to let them know my final decision. They were absolutely fine with that and put no pressure on us. After a day or so discussing it with my family, my parents decided to go with Terry and Mike and purchase a 2015 BMW X5.
It was not only the price negotiated, but also the overall experience I had at Laurel BMW with Terry and Mike that sealed the deal. They went above and beyond their call of duty and provided outstanding customer service. As first time buyers of a luxury vehicle, I was taken back at how much they cared to take care of us every step of the way. Even after purchasing the vehicle, they continued to reach out to see if we needed anything at all. I assure you, they have made customers for life from my family and I. I have recommended them to all my friends and co-workers and will continue to write reviews on every social media outlet to inform the public just how wonderful Terry, Mike, and the dealership is. They are truly an asset to BMW.

You will regret it. They are dishonest snakes. They took the hard-earned money $10,000 of a nice couple and knowingly less than two months later the car broke down with a repair that costs $4000.

Shopping for a new car is not one of my favorite things to do. Something about the pressure, the salesmen who act like you are a dummy and the overall "slickness" of it always bothers me. But none of that is present at Laurel BMW. I was referred to Kevin O'Donnell who was pleasant, knowledgeable and while obviously proud of the brand that he sells- wasn't overly pushy or eager. He took the time to answer all my questions and was patient with me pushing all the buttons and adjusting all the settings when we went out for our test drive. He understood that his Brand was in competition with two others down the street (all the car dealers are in compact area out here so you can shop several different brands within a mile of each other) and was helpful in pointing out the differences between his car and the others I was considering. He even had a follow up email waiting for me by the time I returned home.

I was there to have my car service many times because thats the only place I knew at the time. I hated the rude and stogy experience and the overcharges I always received on my invoice!
The Lexus dealership next door is soo warm and friendly unlike the coldness here at Laurel. I really dont see how this dealership won an award!!
I am sure the technicians are very nice..I just never had the opportunity to meet them. I only interacted with the service advisors attitudes and their small waiting area.?!?!?

I recently moved here from Las Vegas, Nevada and after fishing for a car closer to my home (Chicago) I found a dealer in Westmont, Illinois... It was only about a half hour drive from Chicago and depending on the time of day you travel.... it's a pleasant ride. I was so welcomed at this dealership. The salesman and a Manager assisted me on selecting my next Lease... I bought a 528 model. The sales staff was so accommodating, they made sure that I was completely understanding of the Lease program they offered me... they referred to themselves as a FULL DISCLOSURE dealership... I didn't understand at first, but once they disclosed everything in black and white... I knew I was in the RIGHT DEALERSHIP. Usually dealers present me with a payment and send in a "closer"... NO such event happened in Westmont. Laurel offered everything upfront and then asked me to think about it... NO CLOSER, NO B.S. and I really felt I got the deal, I wanted. I will NEVER go to another DEALER in the Chicagoland area AGAIN!! Laurel is first class!

I have bought many cars from Laurel BMW over the years and have always been happy. I see some people complaining about a salesman not rushing up to help them as soon as they get out the door of their car... That sounds bad to me. I would rather not be rushed. The salespeople at Laurel BMW are always happy to help when you need something, they are just not all over you. Most of the salespeople at Laurel BMW have been there for 10 years or even more. No one there is going to pressure you. People are never happy and you can't have it both ways, either they are going to give you space and be there when you need them (like it is now) or they are going to rush you like they would in a Dodge store. To me, Laurel is professional, trustworthy and always there when I have a questions

After driving to Chicago from Minneapolis to find my dream car, a good deal seemed to be available @ Laurel: a little more money, but less miles and in good condition. Chris Cole, salesperson extraordinaire, was hesitant to close the deal as I already had my own financing. He offered a rate that was easy to beat, and mysteriously enough, was able to reduce the percentage when I told him what my bank had waiting.
After going back and forth with him for a week, (stalling to, perhaps, see if I would cave and go with his crappy rate) we agreed on a price which was just about sticker. The Bank Check was overnighted and in their hands at 10a.m. on 8/16/08. Upon arrival, my girlfriend and I were promised that paperwork would commence "in 2 minutes". 27 minutes later, Chris finished stalling and came over to continue stalling. 2 1/2 hours later, we had USED key chains in hand (was he KIDDING?, SCRATCHES that were still there (which were promised to be buffed out), and an awful taste in our mouths after dealing with a complete chode. Now, as the deal was done and the check was in his hands, most other salespeople would chalk it up to business, but Chris Cole continued to be a dick and stall, attempting to show 'who's boss and in control'.
There are other deals out there. If you have to deal with Chris Cole @ Laurel, kick him in the nuts a couple of times (if they even exist) and put him in his place, otherwise you'll spend way more of your life than a $25,900 transaction should.

When I went there, nobody assist me. I have to ask someone if he could help me. The salesman almost didn't introduce anything during the test drive. I guess there are two reasons: their cars are not good enough to say (that's not true, a lot of people love BMW), then I have to say, they really don't care their customers.

After test drive one car, I asked if I could test drive another car, then the salesman said they would close in 15 mins and asked me make another appointment. Actually, the first test drive only took me about 5 mins.

Although I'm still very interest in a BMW, I won't give them my business too because they are not interest in sale a car and I felt they won't really care about me. I will try another BMW dealer, there are a lot of dealers around Chicago.

As my job was to check out dealerships in chicagoland area, i was able to check out Laurel BMW. They have a small but nice showroom. Parking for customers seems very small as I had to find parking on the side of the building as their main parking was full. They had a good selection but if you want a certain vehicle with certain options, you most likely have to special order. The salesman was very friendly but didn't seem very interested in a sale. For example, I had to go up to the salesman to ask for a brochure and pricing while he stood by the counter. Not bad dealer but could improve. in my opinion.
