In ShortEstablished in 1982, this chain gained a following for its laid-back atmosphere and generous portions. Patrons settle into comfortable booths and tables in dining rooms with plants, artwork and décor reminiscient of the villas in the Tuscan countryside. Starters include scampi, sausage or pepperoni pizza, and several soup choices, as well as a signature seafood dip (crab, shrimp, cheese and marinara). Entrees include classics like lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmigiana. There are also "Garden Fare" options, which promise 30 percent fewer calories.

Very predictable. Yes, they have a good salad and breadsticks, but all Olive Garden's do. For really good Italian, find an independant place, like That Pasta Place in Grayslake.

Great food and service. I dine there quite often and the food is always excellent. NIce bar while waiting for to dine. Considering this location is just a block away from Great America they are excellent when dealing with big groups. My work through my wedding dinner there and the service was excellent!!!
PROS: Fast service, excellent food!
CONS: Wait may be over an hour long! Call for reservations on weekends

This is one of the best Olive Garden Rest. that I ave been to. There service is always friendly & helpful. The food is always delicious for the price. Enjoyable place to bring the whole Family!!!!

This is a wonderful resturant. They have a great selection of italian entree's from chicken to fish or just pasta. If your a vegitarian you would still be able to find something to please your appretite. I especially enjoy the salad and hot bread which comes with all meals. They even have coupons out from time to time for savings. This resturant also has quite a selection of wines as well as appretizers.The location makes it easy to reach with plenty of parking. The hours suit our family schedule so we can dine at many hours of the day.

The Olive Garden offers you a taste of their wine before you order. The food is really good, I lespecially like the breadsticks. The staff is very attentive. The price is average. The restaurant has an old Italian cafe feel to it.
