Granite City High School

This is another school in the St. Louis area which used to be considered top-notch but is now simply getting by. The town itself is struggling; once a thriving factory town, as they have been shut down, residents here are usually low to middle class. This of course makes a difference in the school system; it is difficult to attract high quality staff to a school such as this. If they do come - it's even harder to keep them. This school does not have a lot of crime, but I would say only 60% of this school is considered college bound.
