I have had my AC system charged twice by another company two years in a row. Each year the system needed to be charged again. I realized that I had a leak and contacted ARS for their help in finding the leak. I told the service manager that I knew I had a leak and that I just needed to find it. He said to diagnose the issue would only cost $99.95. I clarified that I only needed to find the leak and asked if that's what the $99.95 covered. He responded "yes."

Several days later ARS came out and I told the serviceman the issue and that I just needed to find the leak. He checked the pressure on the system and confirmed that it indeed was a leak and that it would cost an additional $223 dollars to find the leak! The $99.95 was only to tell me something that I already knew and was misled into thinking that he would find the leak for that price as was originally explained.

I reasoned that since I already had the serviceman out I might as well just pay the additional $223 dollars to find the leak. So I confirmed this time that was going to be the total charge - $223. He responded "yes." So I restated that it would *only* cost an additional $223 to find the leak and that was all. He said "yes." I then asked him to clarify how he would find the leak. He said he just needed to charge the coolant and would then find the leak. (Alarms went off in my head at that point.) After a few more minutes of bickering I finally got him to confess that there would be an additional $265 charge for coolant. The total bill was now coming to $99.95 + $223 + $265!!! He then finally admitted that he may not be able to find the leak in an hour and that the $223 only covered the first hour!

I highly recommend avoiding this company as there are many hidden charges and they mislead customers!!!

They are the reason for feeling me the same atmosphere 12 months ayear.
They have worked for my office in the past and the work is really good and still we dont have any problem except they do come for yearly service for which we dont have to call them.

I used to live in apartment complex whose heating was managed by ARS and when I moved in my new home , we contacted them if they did take any personal homes . They were so amazing and prices were more than reasonable. We also got a great customer service.

I will definitely recommend them

PROS: Great communication, great price
CONS: sometimes when they are busy, they dont come too quick but I guess thats ok
