Such a great time staying at the Comfort Inn. We came in for a wedding at Georgios Banquets and had a great discounted rate! The food was amazing and service at the wedding was exceptional! Everything was beautiful in the lobby, reception room and we checked into the hotel before the reception, we got all settled in. Our room was nice with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and blowdryer! We enjoyed the pool the 2nd day of our stay and relaxed.....such a great choice to have your wedding with a connected hotel. The hotel is SUPER CLEAN, friendly staff and has a restaurant/lounge on the property that you can walk too! Had a lovely stay and will be back!

This hotel has been around for years and has been a mid-level go to for family members traveling into the area. Unfortunately, it has declined greatly and is not worth any rate unless you plan to clean your room upon arrival.\r\n\r\nThe entire hotel is dirty - dirty as in you can see the stains on the carpet, smudges and build-up on the walls in both the rooms and the breakfast area, and if you walk around barefoot your feet are black.\r\n\r\nAttention from staff is hit and miss - the lady at the front desk who was not in a position to to exchange the non-working fridge was pleasant, though un effective. She was also not in a position to provide lightbulbs to 3 out of 4 bulbs in the room that didn't work, but held it together through what I am betting was a rough night due to many people changing rooms and she being the ONLY person at the front desk. We (including a teenager and 2 toddlers) did get a new room at 11pm, which was simply 2 keys to new issues with an air conditioner from 1972 that managed to provide cool air but sounds like a jet plane.\r\n\r\nThe rest of the staff I have incurred has been severely lacking on the customer service level to the point of not even responding to my ""good morning"" on passing. Employees who stare at the ground when customers show up is never a good sign of success of a place.\r\n\r\nMy advice - hiring a cleaning crew to scrub from top to bottom, maybe twice, forget the fancy chair here and there and instead go for a coat of paint and upgrades to the air conditioning units, then start over with new managament wanting to provide a good experience. The potential here is enormous with the banquiet hall attached, but the filth and service currently in place are not helping the Comfort Inn reputation. If I wasn't here for a wedding reception I would be checking out.

We stayed over the 4th of July weekend. Had been to this hotel many times. Our visit prior to this was Dec. 06. Must be new management. We noticed a marked decline in cleanliness of our room and professionalism of staff. We opted for a king bed with suite. Upon opening the door to our room, we were smacked in the face with a overwhelming urine odor. Human or pet, who knows. We thought it emanated from the washroom, so asked the front desk to have housekeepng clean the washroom. Odor still overpowered us for our entire 4 day stay. Air condtioning unit rattled when on. Bed smelled like ""guy"" sweat. We avoided the blanket and bedspread, so it must be in the mattress pad. Yuck!\r\nWhen we took advantage of the continental breakfast, there was an attendant leaning on the desk(counter at check in/check out) that was more interested in reliving the night before that assisting any patrons. My husband needed some help with the wafflemaker and she chose to scream the directions to him across the small breakfast room, rather than do her job and walk over and help. After her conversation with other staff was complete, this same women sat down with a male employee and had a little coffee klatch for a good 20 minutews while we finished breakfast. Between her coffee and conversation, she served her male coworker some breakfast and took in the local morning news on tv. This hotel really needs to step it up to remain competitive.
