Before taking over Rajun Cajun from the previous owners, the restaurant was more Cajun. Over the years, we have slowly morphed into Indian and soul food but decided to keep the original name that has been around for years. We're Rajun Cajun minus the Cajun! We are a vegetarian friendly restaurant, with of course many other non-vegetarian options. This includes the southern side of fried chicken, homemade macaroni and cheese, and collard greens. Then, there's the Indian cuisine which ranges anywhere from the delicious samosas to tandoori chicken and our popular chicken curry. Come visit us or have us deliver to you and taste for yourself!

I took my father (who had never had Indian food before) here because I thought the concept of soul food and Indian food together sounded promising. That was a mistake, because neither the Indian food nor the soul food was very good. The best thing I can say about Rajun Cajun is that it was cheap.

Curry flavored cajun food !!
by ashleykay
I drove all the way from Schaumburg to go to a " cajun" restaurant. Rajun Cajun is definately not it. It is an indian restaurant and I think they season all their food with curry. The only thing I had that was decent was the fried chicken and mac and cheese. Dont waste your time.
