Gerber Auto Collision & Glass

There is not enough room to really write my entire story, but to put it lightly, DO NOT take your car here. I have been back and forth for months and my car is still not fixed correctly. They are downright disrespectful, except of course, when the insurance adjusters are around. Then all of the sudden it is Ms. and Mr. Even after taking my car back 5 times, it is not correct AND every time the insurance adjuster looked at it, he found more issues they forgot to fix. They are messy and unorganized and do not keep in good contact! Forget this place unless you want a nightmare on your hands.

I had my car repaired there and they charged my insurance company for items they never repaired.
When I had my car checked by insurance company they found other problems that Gerber claimed to had repaired.
They also cracked my glass inside the car when the damage was on the passenger front side of the outside of the car. How they cracked the glass on the driver side, words can't explain it.

They do great service at good rates. the service is quick too. You can either bring their car to them or they can come to you. Very good at what they do.
