First, I am not someone who only writes reviews to complain. I like to compliment businesses when I can. But I cannot compliment Elo's. I took the car in because I failed an emission test. He charged $1000.00 to fix the problem and do some other stuff. When the car still wasn't ready to pass, he charged $700.00 for a new catalytic converter. Finally, when the car was ready, he asked me to pay for the labor cost of replacing the catalytic converter. I claimed that the $1000.00 I paid included the labor cost for getting the car ready to pass the emission test. And he claimed that the previous labor had nothing to do with the emission test. He pretended as if there was no talk about an emission test before, even though it's the reason I went in. Unbelievable.

I wasn't having the greatest time finding a reasonable and trustworthy place to fix my beamer. Until one of my friends suggested to go and visit a little place on western. So I called Elo's and in the same day they took my car in & the car was inspected by the owner, i was given an estimate in a matter of half an hour, and Elves gave me a great deal that you wouldn't be able to find elsewhere. ( 2002 X5 ) -complete brake job; ($375.00 along with OEM stuff.) GREAT PLACE. FRIENDLY. & THANK YOU ELVES . -SAM.
