I took my family to the August 7, 2011 Cub's game at Wrigley Field. Before the game we stopped by this McDonalds to grab a bite before the game. While at the counter, my son mistakenly left our binoculars on the counter. When I realized that he had left them behind, I returned to the counter and asked the staff and got a lot of funny looks from everyone.

I ate here and got SERIOUS SERIOUS sick and when then manager called me back she told me it could not possibly be them even though the time line fit and I ate no where else. Continued to say ?no their fault? and got me off the phone quickly. No real ?We?re sorry? ? nothing. I mean at least toss out a coupon for a free fry or something. I guess they make enough $ off the Cubs fans to not care when they get a customer or two sick!

Pros: across from Wrigley Field

Cons: everything else

This McDonalds is pretty typical except that they have a late night walk up window. A lot of places will have late night drive up (probably not smart) but this one has a limited menu available until early morning hours. Great idea!

This McDonalds is right across the street from Wrigley Field and is decorated with all kinds of Cubs memorabilia. If you are taking kids to a Cubs game this is a good place to stop in for their fill of Happy Meals and Cubs scenery. Lines can be long but move pretty well on game days since the staff is usd to handling the crowd. Outdoor seating is available.

I take my little boy here pretty frequently for a Happy Meal. And while the food is the same here as at any other McDonald's, I find myself staring out the window and across the street at Wrigley Field -- absolutely amazed that my neighborhood McDonald's is next to the baseball shrine. Can you tell I'm a newcomer to Chicago? Oh, well.
