My 2 boys had been going since 2005. The general feel of the daycare was one of openness and honesty, and then approx 2 years ago the feeling had changed. Then it seemed like all that they cared about was money.

They had 1/2 day rates which we felt was reasonable. Also the payed holidays weren't excessive. For whatever reason the hierarchy(board president) felt that the tuition needed to be substantially raised and every holiday(I mean every holiday on the calender) the school would be closed and you would be charged full price even though your children are not there.

Ever since Paul Grob has been board president, the policies that have been put into place have been ludicrous. From my understanding the board president can only be seated for 2 years and then someone has to take their place. Mr Grob has been board president for over 4 years simply because no one else on the board wants the position. To me that says volumes about this daycare.

Three years ago I would of recommended Help for mom. Now I would tell someone who is considering them to stay away.

Both my children continue to go to HELP for Mom and both love the teachers there. They have a fantastic preschool program and their latchkey is great!

This center has convenient hours, close to school, and is excellent at enhancing the education and creativity of the children. The staff is well educated and trained and cares deeply about each child. The children have the opportunity to use and grow their imaginations, do crafts/projects, learn, read, and run and play. All of this is balanced daily and weekly.

After the first day that my oldest attended, approximately 9 years ago, I have not had a worry about the kind of care my children are receiving before and/or after school or daily and have been at ease knowing that they weren't sitting in front of a TV all day and have had an opportunity to meet people, learn and have fun.

Great little facility. Very closely located to the local schools in Lebanon. The staff is wonderful, and the toys, and other educational tools are very up to date. They have a little playground area in the backyard that is fenced in. The hours are excellent and are really helpful for those parents who work later hours.
