Party City

If you are having a birthday party, this is the place to shop. But, when it comes to Halloween, they disapoint. They have a wide selection, but the store is too crowded to really be able to look around. The costumes are thinly made, and will not keep your child warm that night. You can find the same great prices and better quality at some of the bigger stores. Target, Walmart, etc.

PROS: Great deals on party supplies.
CONS: Poorly made costumes

I buy all my party supplies from here. Thay have nice stuff at low prices. I bought all the eating utensils from here at such a low price. They were really sturdy and they even had reusable utensils!
