Great Rental Facility  4 Star Rating - Very good

I rented a truck here for a charity event. It was a great place to get rentals from. I got a great deal on the rental van and the staff here was great. The trucks were in great condition and I had no problem driving around in it.

Storehouse of storage 1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

I find the staff to be slow and unhelpful. You really have to be persistant to get anything. They don't call back and be very afraid of hold; I've been on hold for more than an hour. You're better off going in person and standing in the long (LONG and SLOW) line. Try to avoid them at the end of the month, as it gets very busy. Also, mine and about 5 other units were broken into. I got a new one now, but avoid the "top" units. This storage place has a warehouse feel. I've been here in the winter and in the summer and the storage units don't get too hot or cold. I like that you can pull in and park inside, right next to the elevator, avoiding the weather.
