if you're not afraid of fat and love rib tips Carson's is the unmitigated bomb. they give you your choice of potato and something else. later with that. my wife ate the tater. I was there for the mountainous glorious rib tips. so good, so juicy. when you gotta have it good, then carson's is the place to go. sooo good. waitress was nice too.
Just the mention of this place makes me all tingly inside! Their name says it all, with some of the best ribs in town. There's also a decent selection of steak or chicken items, but you will want to enjoy and savor their succulent ribs. Some other highlights include the glorious baked au gratin potatoes (a must have), their garbage salad (trust me, it's anything but). And because you are sure to make a happy mess of yourself eating these ribs, your server will furnish you with your very own Carson's bibs. Nothing like being a grown up and looking like a kid, but it's okay, everyone else is wearing them too J There's also a bar with (happy hour treats) on some evenings.
