I went in there having done tons of research and ready to buy my sofa. All i wanted was a sample of the fabric to bring home. I asked very nicely if i could have something just a little bigger than the regular sample size, so i could really get a feel for the color. All he had to do was offer me a couple of the samples, i even would have brought them back if he really wanted. Instead, the salesman got super snotty, informing me that this was very expensive fabric and if they were to give out "sheets of fabric" to every customer it would be almost "$50 a customer!" I stared at him as if he was crazy and said that i didn't want a "sheet" of fabric, just something slightly bigger so i could really make sure. It was a very expensive couch and II was already set on buying the couch. He refused. So i left. I really don't understand people.
Also, I'd like to say this was an isolated incident. Unfortuneately, another time i was in there (when i first saw my couch) i overheard an argument a customer was having with another surly salesperson. the salesperson was blaming the customer for the damaged (and incorrect!) product she received. I am no longer buying my couch from there and i'd recommend everyone who goes in there be prepared for very bad customer service.
Pros: nice stuff
Cons: bad, bad, bad customer service. Not worth it. Who wants to fight when you're paying thousands of dollars?
