After you give your information to this place, THEY WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU ALONE!! I was looking into buying a 2012 Chevy Spark so I decided to call them to find out more information. Over the phone call they wanted to know ALL my contact information. Well after a while I decided to go to another car dealership because the car salesman there were willing to give me a better deal. Well within the last couple days, they have been calling me telling me that they will bet the other dealerships price AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR ALREADY! All I want is for them to STOP CALLING ME!

I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS CAR DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN!! I was looking on for a nice car that me and my son could share. So we decided to that we were going to look at the 2006 Volkswagen Passat. So we talked to the car sales man about the car and he old me that they didn't have the car and it JUST sold. So they tried talking me into buying another car that was like 3 times as much as we really wanted to spin, so we decided to leave. So, a couple weeks later when passing up the dealership I found the same car that we wanted!! VERY UPSET BECAUSE THAT WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME!! If you see a used car from here, your best bet would just go shop somewhere else because there going to try to sell you more then what you really want!

My husband and I are looking to trade in our Ford F150 for a used Chevy Silverado. We are repeat customers at Raymond Chevrolet in Antioch and saw one on their lot that suited our needs. We were quoted an "out the door" price that was more than the budget we had set. The next day we returned to Raymond Chevrolet to compare the difference between buying a new "work truck" and the Silverado. We were told the Silverado had been sold and they would not give us an out the door price on a new truck unless we agreed to buy it on the spot. A week later the Silverado was still sitting on the lot. We went in and said if it was available we'd take it for the price they had quoted us. Our sales person Marcus said the vehicle was available, but that our Ford had decreased nearly $3000.00 in value in one week. We wasted 6 hours of our time with these con artists and will never do business with them again!

After much haggling we settled on a reasonable price for the car. If you want to buy a new car then sure thing. But do not under any circumstance believe their points check they post online. I had the car for two months and I had to replace the transmission. My mechanic was out of town so he couldn't check the car out fully for me. The extended warranty covered this and the steering wheel rack that had to be replaced. I just don't think you should buy a used car from them. I notified them just to say these things had happened. I didn't ask them to do anything as the warranty covered these parts but I was 40 days without my car. So I don't think they honor the small town code I know of because I am from a very small town myself. I would be livid if I was paying what they started me at when we began haggling. Go in and know what you want and treat them like any other dealer and be sure to get the extended warranty because they are NOT about the business of customer service.

The first time, the wife bought a 2007 model car from Rockenbach Chevy, but that dealership refused to fix or even take a look at a major issue that we found was a known issue with that particular model. After dealing w/rude people at that dealership, the people at GM corporate suggested I go to Raymond. Well, Raymond fixed the known issue (which was a major one that required them ordering parts), and even put brand new tires on this car for absolutely FREE. All they asked was that I would continue to service my cars there. And I will as long as I'm here.

Next time I buy a vehicle, I'm headed to Raymond for sure.

I dont normally write about my experience as a buyer, but I must tell everyone that my wife and I went into see why everyone loves Raymond Chevrolet. I was suprised about how everyone was smiling and very friendly. It appeared that despite the news about our economy everyone here was very optimistic. The sales consultant help me and my wife decide on which vehicle was right for our family. My wife wins this one hands down. The sales managers were very helpful in assisting the sales consultant in our purchase. WOW, thats what I can say about my experience about Raymond Chevrolet. The finance process went smooth and it was very consumer friendly. I normally finance with my Credit Union, but Raymond was able to get me rates lower than what I expected. I want to tell everyone that I meet to take the time to see why Everyone Loves Raymond Chevrolet. At the time of delivery the salesperson explained all the new gadgets that our new vehicle had on it. There is a lot of fancy stuff that we did not have on our previous vehicle.
