The Naperville Animal Hospital was very helpful and easily handles all pets as we own. Naperville Animal Hospital is definitely the best. The staff is kind, helpful and kindhearted. . I am truly impressed by her natural ability to handle all animals. I would advise her to any person!!!
We love Naperville Animal Hospital. They are always so nice and professional. Our dog was heaving in the middle of the night and we didn't know what to do so we called and met the doctor at 4am. She took good care of our dog and now she is better. I was so happy! I would recommend this hospital highly.
Every time we go to NAH we are always pleased with the care and concern over our 12-year old yellow lab and our 8-month old lab-retriever mix! The facility is clean and the employees are both happy and engaged in their work. Their love for animals truly shows! I would recommend NAH to anyone with pets who is looking for great pet health care!
My family and I could not have had a better experience with Naperville Animal Hospital. Clean, friendly, big greeting area, our puppy was so calm. We went Because we had a free exam with our puppy, we came back because the staff and doctors were so very loving and the exam process was not scary for our puppy. I follow on facebook and love the updates, advice and stories of all the animals they post. It just the cheeriest start to my day. I have recommened the hospital to friends and if my family lived in the area they would all be there as well. Thanks NAH for being such a great place to bring our dog.
Just wanted to thank the doctors and staff at Naperville Animal Hospital for diagnosing my dog with Addisons disease. I had been to two other animal hospitals and spent close to $4000 dollars before the doctors and staff at Naperville finally got my dogs diagnosis correct. She is now back to normal and doing very well!!!! Also, the cost was extremely reasonable:-)
I had just gotten a Bulldog about two months ago. It was rescued and needed A LOT of TLC. I have been going here for years with my other dogs (Boxers) and knew they take great care of your pets. Well, this new dog had a bad eye infection, ear infection, nails growing under its paws... it was in bad shape. When I got there, they took me in right away, and the doctors were amazing!!! They treated my dog, and they also showed me how to care for a Bulldog because they are so prone to ear and eye infections. I have not had ANY problems since and if I do, I know I am going to take them to Naperville Animal Hospital.
I did not care for the staff or the doctor that I happened to get here at all. I only went here because it was so close. The doctor was not gentle at all when giving my cats their shots and one of them ended up with blood on her back end because she was so aggressive with the thermometer. Also one of them ended up with a cold of some sort when in there getting spayed. She was not sneezing at all when I adopted her 2 days prior. I just did not like the general coldness of the particular animal hospital and I regret going there now.
I have to say they are honestly the best animal hospital I have ever been to. They treat you like family. I have used other vets to board my dogs but, every time I tried to take them back, they were shaking or just not themselves. I took them here a few years ago and ever since then, they walk in like they own the place. Sometimes it seems like they don't want to leave when I come to pick them up. I love Naperville Animal Hospital!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been taking my pets here for over 20yrs. They are a very organized, professional group. I'm always pleasantly surprised when I go in that they are constantly updating, improving and trying to do a better job. They'll let you know if you need to see a specialist. Whenever there's been an "issue", you get steered DIRECTLY to the owners, who on more than one occasion have helped me. They are VERY dedicated to their clients, and I HIGHLY recommend this hospital. You won't find a better place than this
Coming here for help when your pet has an issue is like paying for nothing.
I came here to see why my dog has a patch of missing skin.
I was told by this vet called cindy endeberk he is just biting on it too much. Nothing serious. So I left it alone.....she didn't even really looked at it to make sure it wasn't what it turned out to be!
I sleep with my dog Maltese. Because of their white coat I shower him often every 7 days. After a while started to get a patch on my skin. I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with RINGWORM! And if you google how this is extremely contagious and it is most common to come from pets.....
I will never come back here again. I spent more than 200 bucks for something that could of been avoided if that vet cared enough to do her job. She was suppose to look under the microscope to make sure it wasn't fungus with cases like these.
The only reason I went there is because no appointment necessary. Now they don't even have that, because I went there on an urgent issue thinking something must be wrong so I didn't want to wait for an appointment somewhere else. But with lazy doctors like her it's no diff if you don't even go other than paying for nothing.
This Vet is one of the most incompetent at NAH, and that's saying something. She is condenscending: When taking my dog in for excessive panting she said, "Your dog is black and it is hot outside, you know." After going to a different Vet, I found out my dog had an abcessed tooth...she was in PAIN and panting a lot. I know my dog and knew that something was wrong. She also wanted to put my dog on cortisone and diaretics for an enlarged heart and supposed congestive heart
failure. On my questioning this advice, she said I was postponing the inevitable and made me feel like I was not doing the best for my dog. After going to another Vet and x-rays, there was no fluid in lungs or heart, thus....No NEED for these harsh meds.
Go at your own risk.
I priced other vet hospitals and the prices were comparable if not more expensive. We have had a couple incidents with a rude receptionist, a fairly inexperienced intern having trouble drawing blood and a "new" vet who did not know how to handle our german shepherd dog well. Overall those few bad incidents have not made us go to another vet hospital. We did bring it to the attention of the two main vets. After going there for several years you just know how to handle the situations and not be afraid to ask for specific receptionists and doctors to do some of the routine procedures for you. The main reason we go back is because of Dr. Tom. He is awesome when it comes to caring for you and your dog. We had a dog that got sick and passed away and Dr. Tom was very informative and caring. We have boarded the dogs there too and feel comfortable leaving them in their care.
My family drives 60 minutes to have our pets seen by these wonderful docs. The assistants are very helpful as the doctors take the time to educate you. I have complete faith in these professionals... Thank You. Keep up the great work!

I agree with the one reviewer; Dr. Tom is GREAT! There is another vet there who was very sweet and helpful. It is convenient to not have to make an appointment. Wait time was usually about 1 to 1.5 hours before you were checked out and walking out the door. We went there for about 8 years. We never had problems, until our animals were more than just routine checkups...
Dog had a growth under her eye...3 or 4 rounds of antibiotics (two weeks each round and then 2 weeks off) and it kept coming back. Finally, they decided to do a biopsy. We put her through the biopsy; they thought they got it all...2 weeks later it came back!! We were very upset and went back. Dr. Tom took one look at her and said she had an abscessed tooth and needed to go under anesthesia again for removal....YES they charged me for the second surgery whenever they misdiagnosed her the first time!! We shrugged it off and continued to go there, as we had such a long history with this vet...
Then our dog was having urination problems. Turned out she had diabetes (she was starting lose weight from it already). When my husband talked to the vets the next day, one was unsympathetic and made him feel bad for even thinking for putting her down before it ate her away; another one was very sympathetic and told him the "truth" about what she would have to go through.
They did, however, send a nice card after she passed away.
Because of the conflicting opinions of each vet in the very same clinic, we will not be returning there.
We got our puppy Izzie from Happiness is Pets when she was 8 weeks old and took her to Naperville Animal Hospital for her first checkup and all subsequent visits. She was well-taken care of and had no complications with her spaying surgery either. Prices were a bit more than we liked but being able to walk-in whenever is convenient. The facilities are clean and the staff is very informative and thorough. We also take her to get groomed there and it has a better price than some other places we called. All in all, I recommend it.

My wife rescued a Siamese that the police had found in Chicago. We got him home, and he was obviously ill and needed immediate treatment. I made about 10 calls to area vets, who all seemed unconcerned, and wanted to make an appointment for the following week. I spoke with NAH and they told me to bring him in immediately. I arrived a few minutes before they opened, and they let us in and saw him right away. The vet was very attentive, and even called a couple of days later to see how Slinky was doing. Well, a month later, an ear cleaning, a deworming, and a round of antibiotics later we have a lovable, healthy, lunatic on our hands!

I didn't mind this place so much, they were very friendly when I had to take our family dog to the vet, but it was also slightly dirty and really expensive. I think pet medicine is just expensive anyway, but they didn't blink twice when asking for $200 for pills for my dog. I was pretty surprised. The facilities are average, nothing special. I wouldn't say it was terrible by any means, but it wasn't great either. Everyone was knowledgable enough, it just seemed like they also didn't care that much. So basically, they're not bad, but don't expect anything extra.
This is a great place to bring your pet for all of their health care needs, from the regular check-ups to minor health problems to emergencies. They have some extended hours here too, which is especially important to know when you're dealing with an unexpected or emergency situation. I also appreciate that the office and rooms are kept clean.

Long story short I had been to two other vets and spent over $4000 and still didn't know what was wrong with my dog. I went to Naperville Animal Hospital, spend $300 and found out what was wrong with my dog, got her treated and on the road to recovery in less than 36 hours!!! Just want to thank them for a job well done!!!!!
This is a great place to take your non-human children. The facility is clean, the people are friendly, the physicians are warm and friendly. The first visit is free. The facility offers boarding. No appts are taken taken, walk in only. The facility is open 24/7 and there is always a vet on call. I took my cat Cleo there for a severe bladder infection where she had to stay for a couple of days and she was so well taken care of that she was not traumatized at all by the visit. She came home happy and healthy. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Pros: first visit is free, 24 hour care, clean, caring staff.
