First the delivery took almost an hour which isn't really that big of a deal living in Lakeview. The overall presentation seemed average, and the portions were plentiful. The taste of the food was on the other end plentiful. The taste was below average and even the egg rolls tasted funny, I don't think I've ever called an egg roll bad. The beef in the Kung Pao was lacking pao, the texture felt uncooked and the vegetables were raw. Coming from a Chinese food enthusiast, I would never recommend this to anyone.

You may totally ignore this restaurant judging by the look. But some of their dishes are actually very good.
The steamed dumpling is very authentic and the some tofu dishes are delicious.
They key is they have problems to make southern dishes. The flavor aint right and ingredients are wrong.
However, theyre pretty good at dishes from the north side of the China.
Dumplings, for instance, is one of them.

The price is good and they packaged take out or delivery extremely careful. I almost want to use the word sophisticated to describe. Anyway, thats the idea.

Summary, if you know how to order, this is a very good Chinese restaurant.

Pros: They have very authentic dishes if you know how to order

Cons: They put tenderizer in many dishes
