Very interesting!  4 Star Rating - Very good

The Book Cellar is a very unique, interesting little book store. Most of the books are about Chicago or written by Chicago authors. I have gone browing a few times and love the huge selection they have. I have not tried eating in the cafe yet but everything coming out of there looks excellent. I would totally recommend this store if looking for a Chicago book or a book by a Chicago author!

PROS: Great selection
CONS: A bit pricey

Great bookstore! 5 Star Rating - World class

Just the concept of a bookstore with a wine bar was enough to draw me in. Very nice selection of books. Lovely atmosphere. The prices are reasonable and the service is warm and friendly. I will definitely be back often.

Awesome bookstore in Lincoln Square 3 Star Rating - Satisfactory

I went to the Book Cellar just to look around and found a bunch of unique gifts to give my 'hard to shop for' family members and a couple books for myself. I was impressed immediately with how quaint the shop was but also the fact that I can sit back with a glass of wine and read my new books - I didn't need to rush out of there like I feel like I do with larger book stores. On top of it being a great destination for me and my christmas gift list, I noticed that they have a bunch of different events that go on throughout the month. I will definitely go back and check out one of the events soon. Its definitely worth checking out if you haven't been there before =)

Pros: good prices, huge selection, friendly employees
Cons: not in my neighborhood =( worth the drive though
