I had a horrible experience with this company. The owner and contractor, Ron Nanberg, used one person, a jack-of-all-trades, master-of-none, do all the work for my complete renovation which resulted in nothing but problems and heartache. He was supposed to hire subs but instead chose to use one person to do what a plumber, an electrician, a tile person, a floor person, a door person, etc. etc., should have done because they're experts in the field. Instead, he hired one person who doesn't know how to do anything correctly to do ALL of the work, paid him next to nothing and pocketed all the money. He took complete and total advantage of me.\n\nRon NEVER came to inspect the work being done, all of which was sub-par and completely unacceptable. I replaced literally everything in my home, and everything was damaged by Ron and his workmen upon installation. Every custom-made cabinet is damaged, every brand new door, the new grout is turning orange in the bathroom, gaping holes were left in the drywall, the under-cabinet lights don't work, light fixtures were installed with missing light bulbs and sockets that didn't work, the first time I used my garbage disposal it completely flooded the underneath of my brand new cabinets and my newly stained wood floor, the wrong faucet was installed in my bathroom THREE times which left a huge scratch in my white carerra marble countertop, every brand new door was damaged (I replaced all doors in my home), and the list goes on and on and on. \n\nI work full time and didn't live in my home during the renovation which meant I couldn't be there to babysit every day. Brand new electronics equipment was left out in the middle of the floor, uncovered, while Ron's lackies ripped everything out around it - drywall, cabinets, built-in furniture, etc., so I had to pay to have the equipment cleaned, tested and repaired. Common sense would tell a person to move the equipment but Ron and his people don't have any common sense nor do they care. They make things look ok from far away but once you look closer you see all the damage and incorrect installation and then you realize that NOTHING WORKS.\n\nIt took 8 months to complete the renovation and it cost me a small fortune, and now I'm paying ANOTHER fortune to have all of Ron's work undone and redone correctly. It took the plumber three hours to fix the garbage disposal alone - this doesn't even scratch the surface of all the shoddy, sub-standard work Ron did in my home and I'm STILL getting it all fixed. It's completely inconvenient to have to take time off from work to deal with this, not to mention the fact that I'm paying for this all over again. Because I tore everything out and started over, everything should have been perfect when I moved in after 8 months of work. But, instead, I'm going through it all over again and hiring different trades to come in and fix everything Ron and his ""workmen"" did. STAY AWAY.

I did a TOTAL renovation of my condo & tore out EVERYTHING. Ron's (the owner) installation resulted in every single brand new thing being installed damaged. He used one guy to do everything instead of hiring subs. Everything was brand new & fine until his guys brought it in & did such a poor installation that they damaged everything. They also installed everything incorrectly so that I am now paying to fix everything after I spent a LOT of money - a small fortune ? with Ron.Here are just a FEW examples:\n1.The first time I used my garbage disposalit flooded the entire underneath of my brand new kitchen cabinets as well as my brand new kitchen floor. I had to hire and PAY a plumber to fix it & he spent 3 HOURS completely redoing & fixing Ron?s sub-standard work. 2.Ron installed the wrong faucet & then told me that the correct faucet was back-ordered for almost a year. I googled the correct faucet & was able to find & purchase it immediately online. The incorrect faucet installation left a mark on my brand new granite counter top. It ALSO resulted in me having to a) order the correct faucet myself, b) hire & PAY a plumber to install it, and c) hire someone to fix the scratch in my BRAND NEW granite.\n3.I hired Ron?s tile person, JESUS SANCHEZ, to fix the scratch & he turned out to be just as dishonest \n& despicable as Ron. JESUS came to fix the scratch & told me it was fixed. I looked & didn?t see the scratch anymore, but a few weeks later I realized the drain was not working in that sink so I had to call & PAY a plumber to fix it. What my plumber discovered is that Jesus did not fix the scratch as I paid him to do but he instead moved the faucet to cover the scratch. This resulted in the drain not working because the faucet was not in the correct position. I therefore had to PAY a plumber to fix the faucet & now I have to pay someone else to fix what Jesus lied & said he fixed (the scratch in the brand new granite left by Ron installing the wrong faucet three times). 4.I paid for every door in my condo to be replaced. Every brand new door was installed with major damage, such as curling on the ends, peeling, and every single door was chipped. Additionally, I was charged for expensive doors yet $29 doors were installed, so Ron just pocketed that money. I had to pay to RE-replace every single door 5.Ron did not put casing around all of the doors ? only some of them, & he did not finish all the baseboards even though I was charged for those services as part of the replacement cost of the doors. I had to PAY someone else to come in & finish Ron?s sub-standard work. 6.The closet doors Ron installed did NOT function - they came off their tracks constantly and he used non-door parts that resulted in me cutting my thumb wide open every time I opened the door. Additionally, when they came off their tracks they would scratch the paint across the entire front of the doors, resulting in me having to PAY a painter to come in & fix the doors multiple times. I told Ron over & over that the doors did not function but he told me it was my only option. I had a REAL door person come in & replace EVERY SINGLE $29 damaged, non-functional door with REAL doors. This cost me a small fortune AFTER I paid Ron to install all new doors. 7.I had brand new carpet installed & Dragan decided that instead of installing the horrible closet doors properly, he would instead take the laziest route possible and ruin my brand new, expensive carpet. He literally cut holes in the brand new carpet in my closets to secure the doors instead of doing it properly. This should NEVER have been done. Now I have to PAY to have my brand new carpet fixed. \n8.I had custom cabinets made for every single room in my condo & every single one was installed damaged. Every cabinet is chipped, paint is missing, you see huge seams, & most of them don't close properly so now I?ll have to pay to fix every single cabinet in my condo as well. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
