As far as BBBs go, this is one of the best. Really good customer service and there is almost never a wait for a cashier. If there's more than 1-2 people waiting they open a new line. There are always employees in every section ready to help you. Also their wedding registry service stands out due to friendly personalized service and customer-oriented return policies.

Competitive prices for all kitchen gadgets, many small appliances and cookware. Go elsewhere for towels and linens, because you will find better quality and close prices if a sale occurs.
