I was very organized with the setup of getting shirts because i wanted to make sure that they were done correctly and on time. However, even though i was organized and ordered them four weeks in advance they still weren't done on time. They never contacted me I was always the one calling to check up on them, but they had no problem cashing my check right away. I called three days before the shirts were supposed to be done and they said .. what shirts? and the ones i ordered were out of stock so they picked other similar shirts which turned out to be not so similar. The screen print that was done on the shirts was horrible, peeling off already and I just picked them up today.. i ordered them for my sorority and was so embarressed giving the girls these shirts, even though i specifically layed out exactly what i wanted the shirt to look like. After having somebody else call and complain they decided to give me my second check back.. but this whole process was so stressful and i didn't even get good shirts out of it. If you want really bad customer service and some crappy looking shirts.. this is the place to go!

I am a marketing professional that has been dealing with all kinds of vendors for years. I have never encountered such a horrible and frightening experience as I did at this business. That is correct...I said frightening.\r
I stopped in to pick up my 27 t-shirts and 12 other shirts I hand delivered for screen printing. The 27 t-shirts were there and ready to go. The 12 hand delivered shirts were not complete. This would have been fine, if I was called and told that the material the shirts were made of were not able to be screen printed. Rose admitted that she ""dropped the ball and forgot to call me"" it was Marty (her spouse) that went off the handle telling me that even if I knew a head of time there wouldn't be anything I could do about it. I explained to him that I could have investigated other shirts that would have worked better but that now I did not have the time to investigate other routes.\r
He cursed and threw my credit card at me from across the other side of the counter and told me that my ""other options"" were to leave without any of the shirts.\r
I could not believe this. I swear to any reader that I maintained a professional demeanor through all of this. I even had my 10 month old child in my arms because I picked him up from daycare on my way to Roselynn Fashions because it was all on the way home at the end of the day.\r
I tried to explain to Marty that we had a professional agreement. That he should give me the completed shirts. He told me to call the police then! He tossed his phone on the counter in front of me and said ""Here! use my phone to call em'!""\r
The entire time Rose sat quietly and allowed Marty to verbally beat me down with curses and yelling. I called my VP and explained the problem. I'm not sure if Marty thought I was on the phone with the police or what but after I hung up my phone he offered up the completed shirts. I paid and never want to look back! My first and only time using them. I had them quote a 500 shirt order for a tradeshow we will be attending soon. Even with that business on the line I was put through the ringer. The behavior I encountered was very suspicious and in retrospect...I should have called the police. Anyone that can behave so outrageous in the presence of a child and on a business transaction has much more going on.\r
