I always take my Acura 2008 TL to Continental Acura in Naperville, IL. They are always courteous and professional when I bring my car in for service. The work is always done in a timely fashion. I wouldn't think of bringing my Acura anywhere else.

Overall the service was great. I had to take my car in for a recall, and the dealership was friendly, fast, and courteous. My only complaint was that there are now some dirt spots on the leather on my door. Overall though, I would recommend this place.

Choose carefully when you're looking to spend a pretty penny on a vehicle. Purchasing any luxury car is akin to being married to the dealership. I learned that the hard way with other cars I've had.

But with Acura, Continental Acura has one of the best service departments I've experienced. They're professionals there and understand the meaning of a customer's time. I get EVERYTHING done there. Chris in the service dept has been great. I never worry about the integrity of Continental Acura as they've always been straight with me. Great job guys!!!

Well, when I thought it was impossible to do a repeat performance, apparently I did not give Greg & Sharon enough credit. Time had come to replace our 1995 Acura so after checking with Greg, and doing the entire transaction in less than 15 minutes, he and Sharon did in fact provide the same level of amazing personal service that had been provided 12 years ago! From start to finish everything was flawless. Thanks to you both, and for anyone thinking about buying a vehicle, save yourself alot of grief, and just give Greg and Sharon a call at Continental Acura....you will be amazed!

I recently bought a 2010 TSX from Continental Acura of Naperville. My salesperson was Greg Pew. Both Greg and his assistant, Sharon were excellent to work with. They both listened to my needs and were extremely helpful with answering my questions. I felt very comfortable working with both of them. Once I found the car I liked, the negotiation process was quite easy. I did a lot of online research before showing up to the dealership, and I had a price that I felt was fair. Eddie's offer was within a few dollars of my price. Therefore, we didn't have to waste any time haggling.

One last thing. There was one minor issue with the car that neither of us detected. Two days later, I contacted Eddie about it and he took care of it, at his cost, with no questions asked.

Overall, great place to buy a car from. Look up Eddie Coleville if you want a no-nonsense car buying experience.

Remarkable enough, they will go so far as to reject the need for repairs because they aren't warranted. This service was for a SRS light that was on. Instead of a costly service bill, they simply replaced the seatbelt clip (no charge), washed my car and sent me on my way!

After having my Legend serviced at Continental for years, I purchased an 04 RL explicitly because I would be able to have my car serviced there. I could buy any make of car, but I bought an Acura because of how well the service department takes care of me and my car. Service Manager Darrin Kuster tells me what work does, and even more importantly what does not, need to be done. After having my Legend serviced at Continental for years, I purchased an 04 RL explicitly because I would be able to have my car serviced there. I could buy any make of car, but I bought an Acura because of how well the service department takes care of me and my car. Service Manager Darrin Kuster tells me what work does, and even more importantly what does not, need to be done. Mr. Kuster and his team couldn't be more considerate, professional and honest in my dealings with them. I simply will not go anywhere else!

I have had nothing but extremely positive experiences since I bought my first Acura in 2004 to my latest this winter. From the sales personnel, to service folks, to the ever-friendly Bobby in Parts...what a great team and what outstanding understanding of customer service.

The service team treats you and the car great. this is the only reason I didn't walk out the door when the salesmen played bait and switch on the trade-in value.
5 stars service and 0 for sales gets them a 3 overall.
You should try to find a better salesman than the one I had, get a name from a friend don't just walk in.

Note that they have moved to Aurora avenue into a much nicer and expansive dealership. Friendly and accomodating, this is my second car from this dealership. They found me the exact car I wanted, drove it down from Milwaukee, and I got a great deal. Free car washes, loaners and no pressure. Very nice salesmen with alot of knowledge. Service is exceptional and their waiting room is fabulous with wi-fi.

PROS: No pressure, great service
CONS: Acuras are expensive no matter where you go
