Not good pizza  2 Star Rating - Wouldn't recommend

I went here as a new resident of Chicago a few years ago based on its reputation. Boy was I disappointed. The ingredients tasted like they came out of a can and the pizza was just plain not good. If you want to eat a lump of processed cheese and stale ingredients, go right ahead. Otherwise, go to Ginos or Art of Pizza.

Side note: my company orders from this Giordanos all the time. I have found the Greek Salad to be decent. I don't touch their pizza, though.

There is much better Chicago-style pizza  2 Star Rating - Wouldn't recommend

Go to Gino's if you want classic Chicago-style pizza. The location on Jackson next to the Sears Tower is not good. Surly bartenders and bad service. Does offer a personal stuffed pizza special for lunch, which is OK.

One of the Best!!  5 Star Rating - World class

This is one of the best Pizza Places around. We have gone there while on business trips and will always go back when we are in Chicago. Right in the heart of Chicagoland.

For the pizza lover  5 Star Rating - World class

The atmosphere is great with a great downtown Chicago location. The pizza can't be beat. When dining at Giordanos, it will take a while (it takes about 45 min for the pizza to cook). The beer is cold, the staff is fun. This is definitely a place to go to when in Chicago.

forget about it. 1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

This Place was recommended to us, we drudged through rain and cold just to find a nasty manager who wanted to close 2 and half hours early and would not serve us, even after we explained we just traveled half way across the country. Went to Excheruer instead and had a great pie, with great, friendly Chicago service. Avoid the chain!

Best pizza in Chicago! 5 Star Rating - World class

I've lived in Chicago most of my life and if I could only have one pizza, it would be Giordano's. I usually order the thin crust with sausage and mushroom though of course you need to make time for the stuffed pizza as well. It's delicious and will feed you for days. Yes, there are a number of memorable pizzerias in Chicago but for me, Giordano's is the best of the bunch. Enjoy!

Worst delivery pizza 1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

Maybe pizza is good when dining in the restaurant but one that was delivered to my door was the worst I've ever had. Crust was very hard, no crunch to it. It was burned. It was supposed to be thin crust - it was much thicker than any other thin crust pizza I've ever tasted. Cheese was burned and hard. It was a first and last time I ate there. Greek salad was pretty good.

Pros: None
Cons: Bad pizza

Fun place with good pizza 4 Star Rating - Very good

Giordano's is an overall fun place to go. The pizza is good, but super filling. Easy to order too much. We were there a couple of times (weekend night and weekday lunch) while we were in Chicago and both times we got the small stuffed cheese pizza. There were 2 of us and we could barely get down 2 pieces each. We just gave the rest away both times. They don't skimp on the cheese that is for sure. Be ready to eat!. The service was good both time we went. The first time the server was rude, but she served ok, second time it was great. No waiting either time.

Pros: Good pizza, great garlic bread.
