This small fitness club in the corner of Webster and Sheffield is in the middle of Lincoln Park right by De Paul campus. The place is so tiny, I would not call it a club. Why would you settle with small fitness place with not so many equipment wen you could go to the De Paul athletic center less than 1 block north ? The membership is not cheap either, almost similar to Ballys. I would not go there for my exercise.
So, I've started working out at this club, and I'm a huge fan. It's always easy to get on the machines/free weights, since it's hardly crowded. Yeah it's a little smaller, but it's got everything that I need. And the help there is very cool; everyone's always got a good word to say. At the end of the day, when I'm completely wiped out, it's totally a hassle-free experience to pick myself up and get into the gym, because I can go as I am, do what I need to do, what I should do, and leave with a good attitude. Besides the price is about a dollar a day, which is hardly an expense for my tight budget.
Pros: Cool staff, price
Cons: more yoga!
Awesome neighborhood club with really cool staff. Brand new cybex equipment with membership rates that are very reasonably priced. I'd highly recommend this club to anyone who lives in Lincoln Park.
Pros: Price, Helpful staff, Low-key atmosphere
Cons: Closes too early
