We used on of their realtors as our buyers agent. He did not appear at our closing. He did not scheduale anyone from his office to appear at the closing. I had to call the office the morning of our closing and request a walk through. He is terribly slow with follow up phone calls. He told me all of the WRONG utility companies. I am selling the house he earned commision on through another realtor!
