The staff at the grill portion is great as they will make anything you can think of or any special requests. Their menu is pretty good in terms of variety also. Got the cheese burger and it was a good burger but nothing special. Were lucky enough to get there early on a weekday and beat the lines and were able to snag a seat in the open air part of the 311 building lobby.
