Pet & Plant Care Svc

Thanks to Pet and Plant Care, we had a stress free vacation. The cat sitter called us everyday with updates about how our cats were doing. We came home to a very neat home and happy kids:)

My neighbor referred Pet and Plant Care when we got our puppy for mid day walks. We have been having two walks a day which really helps me feel comfortable while I'm at work. I know she is getting the care she needs until I get home. I would also refer this service to anyone who is thinking about getting a service for their puppy.

I got home from my trip and my house was in tip top shape! I was a little worried that Lucy would be starving for attention but apparently she got a lot of love because she didn't even greet me when I came home. She was sound asleep!

This was the 3rd service we tried. The other services didn't know how to follow directions. We were pleased that Pet and Plant Care Service could do what we asked while we were out of town. We were very satisfied when we returned from our 3 week trip.

I had never left my animals home alone before and so I was a little nervous to put them in someone elses hands. I came home to find them very content and my house exactly how I left it. I won' t hesitate leaving them in the future with Pet and Plant Care Service!

Very good with my dog! I stayed home from work one day & forgot to cancel dog walking services. Henry was extremely excited to see the walker! I just know they're a great match!

We had an emergency and needed to leave out of town asap. Pet and Plant Care was able to start service for our cats the same day. Having the stress of picking up and leaving, we didn't have to stress about our cats being taken care of. We know Misty and Trevor are in such good hands when we leave. We recommend them in a heartbeat!

Thanks Pet and Plant for the years of great service to Gizmo and Jet. You guys have always been there for us and we just wanted to say thanks. Also, thanks for the extra walks on the 4th. Gave us a chance to enjoy the city life.

Contracted Pet and Plant for a week. Service was good. Mail was not taken in, they stated my mail key didn't work. Plants were a little dry. Overall pets seemed to be happy and healthy when I got home. They did a better job then the last service.

Pet and Plant Care Service has walked my dogs for almost 3 years now and have been doing a great job. Thanks for being there for me and Jake. You really helped me out last weekend. Thanks for the extra walks at last minute.

This is a great service that was very helpful in caring for my elderly poodle. Even up until he passed away, he was always excited to see his dog walker come and take him outside for his daily duties. I will definately utilize this service again when I decide to get a new dog! Just got back from a month long camping trip, and found my cat's very happy. Seems like I never left. House was neat. Mail brought in and everything very tidy. I will use these guys again for sure!!! Thanks Pet and Plant.

I just got back from a month long vacation and was very pleased to find my pets well taken care of and my place in the condition I had left it before I left. This service goes above and beyond the call of duty with weekly emails to let me know how my pets were doing. I have had other services in the past and have quit them due to bad service and would DEFINATELY use Pet and Plant Care again. Thanks guys!

DO NOT EMPLOY THIS COMPANY TO CARE FOR YOUR PETS & HOME!!!! I have used this service on & off for several years just because it's a pain to switch over (my mistake). There has always been a problem with something when I come home from vacation, but my most recent trip was the last straw. I came home to find dead plants, excrement on the floor, and medication that was clearly not given. The last day of service was not even fulfilled (because my cleaning lady was there) however no one ever called to make sure there was not mix-up. So, my cat didn't get any food or medication that whole day. Again... I might have been an idiot to overlook this, but when I called to speak with the manager, he was not only rude to me and made me feel as if it was all my fault... he did not offer a single apology. I am so disgusted with this "service" and I only wish I had read all these other negative reviews before. I picked up my keys shortly after speaking with the manager on the phone and he offered a smug "good luck". THESE ARE NOT THE TYPE OF PEOPLE TO ENTRUST YOUR VALUABLE HOME & PETS TO.

From the very first time they came to our house we had a funny feeling that they were not walking our dog. We have a puppy and she did not know how to walk on a leash and the first note from the walker indicated that the walk went well when we requested that they just play with her inside, so that was strike one. We hired the company with another couple that live in the same building and one day when we were home the walker left a note in the other apartment that the walk went well with our dog and the other one when we were home the entire time!!!! We called to cancel the service and get refunded and the manager Chaz was extremely rude and uncooperative, and very aggresively threatened that we should not accuse his dog walkers of not doing their job.........well Chaz they weren't and we caught them red handed. I called to tell him that I was going to stop by to pick up the keys and check and that I wanted to talk with him face to face and he told me that he is not in the office after noon......BS and that he will leave the keys and check with the receptionist. I would not recommend this service to my worst enemy. I am posting this review on every website I can find, because I feel so strongly that this company treats there customers with such disregard, and according to other reviews we are not the only ones. Also we have to change our locks on our apartment because we don't know what an unprofessional business like this is capable of.

These people hired me with no background check...no training and gave me keys to their customers houses for seasonal help!

This service remembered to charge my credit card, but didn't remember to care for my pets when I went away for the weekend. The service times were confirmed twice before my trip, the second time as I was on my way to the airport. When I came home to my upset animals, I immediately called them to find out what in the world happened. It took them 48 hours to respond to my frantic yet polite voice message. Please do not expose your pets to this unacceptable service.
