May-Aire Heating & Ac Co

May Aire has repaired both my heating and AC. They are responsive, courteous and very reasonably priced. They took the time to explain the problem and what needed to be done. I would recommend them to anyone requiring service or a new installation.

A repairman was at my door within an hour of my call. MY problem was taken care and the charge was reasonable. I would recommend May Aire to others.

I called this business 5 times over a period of 4 weeks to schedule a furnace repair appointment. I wanted to do business with them because they were the original installers of the heating/cooling units in my building. I was repeatedly told that I was on a waiting list but that I would be called back shortly after they "figured it out". Those return calls never came and every time I called I seemed to reach a different individual who could find no record of my previous inquires. Several of these individuals were extremely rude - always ready to tell me that they were going to charge me despite me never making any insinuation that my unit was under any warranty. I told them that there was excessive amounts of cold outside air seeping in around the unit, which caused the humidifier water pipe to burst -- they basically said this was normal (read: "up to code")and that there was nothing they could do about it.

May Aire was wonderful! I called and talked to a very nice lady on the phone, I told her my problem and she said someone will be out to my house shortly. Within the hour, I had a very knowledgeable young man come out and fix my problem! They didn't charge much and didn't try to scam me. The young man was honest and showed me everything! I will use them again in the future!
