If you own expensive clothing that is dry clean only or if you wear expensive shirts, this is definitely NOT the place to go. The owner, Ms. Choi, comes to the place only once a week (according to the help). So the counter help lacks training and customer service. No one in the place has any appreciation for expensive, high quality clothing. Early in the morning I brought in a brand new white shirt (cost $155) and asked that it be laundered and lightly starched. I was promised the shirt for that evening. When I picked it up, planning to wear it that evening, it looked dingy and gray and wrinkled worse than when I dropped it off. When I asked why it looked so bad they said they DRY CLEANED IT! Needless to say, I was furious. When I asked the help why this happened the attitude was "not my job. I don't working mornings. Talk to the girls in the morning" The owner, Ms. Choi needs to understand that customer service and quality are the main cornerstones of running a good business. Apparently she has better things to do with her time than mind the store. Yet she'll gladly take your money in return for poor service and shoddy work

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Poor quality work, workers who don't appreciate fine clothing and not my job attitude

After calling several tailors/seamstress to get a price quote on altering my wedding dress (all of them either extremely rude and/or incredibly expensive!) I finally found a shop that was both friendly & helpful, and reasonable as well!!
They were not only extremely accomidating, but the craftsmanship was top notch!!
I couldn't reccomend this place more if you are looking for *any* type of alterations!

Pros: Customer service, craftmanship, and conveniant location.

Cons: Seamstress has short hours (leaves at 3pm), but she is also there on Saturdays so it was not an issue for me!;)
