Big Smile Dental

This was my first time at Big Smile Dental and I don't think I'll be trying any other dental offices anytime soon. Dr. Segeal and his staff run a very clean and well operated establishment. I recommend this office to anybody looking for a new dental office wit A+ work and staff.

First and foremost, it is only fair that I say I have always harbored an adverse opinion about dentist. As a kid, I thought, ?Hey, why is my mom allowing this guy stab me with his little metal hook of terror? Ow, that hurts!? As an adult, I thought, ?The last time I paid someone to administer for pain, she was covered in leather and latex demanding I refer to her as Mistress. Ow, that hurts!? Over the years, I ruined my teeth by allowing this type of logic to oversee my better judgment. I have always wanted to rectify the problem and take better care of my teeth. My only problem has always been finding a dentist that was more like Claude Monet creating the perfect smile oppose to Big Lou chopping off another slab of Porterhouse.

Without sounding like an infomercial, believe me when I say I think I have found what I am looking for at Big Smile Dentistry. Big Smile ranked number one, literally, from the very begin. I found out about them randomly googling Invisalign. Their website is first on the list. Obviously, effective advertising pays off. I click into the website and found out that not only is Big Smile a leading Chicago dentistry, but they are humanitarian too! Would you believe that Big Smile offered free dentist care on Valentine?s Day to more than 2,000 people? The free treatment included cleanings, x-rays, fillings, extractions, diagnostics and pain control. Wow! Where was I on that day? Let?s face it, a beautiful smile costs. In fact, had I have known how much a beautiful smile would cost as an adult, I would brushed 3 times a day or tried dating an aspiring dentist in college.

The reason I like Big Smile far outweigh any negative pre-existing feeling I had about dentists. The staff was courtesy and polite when I set my first appointment. They set my appointment at their early convenience which happened to be within a week. I have never scheduled a dentist appointment that soon. When you walk in the door, Big Smile appeared to be a small modest establishment. The assistant at the window, who reminds me of Alyssa Milano, didn?t hesitate to show me her beautiful sparkles with a ?big smile? as she handed over my paperwork. I handed back my paperwork, and I swear in less than a minute they call me back. Minute wait time? Gold star for Big Smile, bravo! As walked through the glass paneled doors, this dentistry when from to exceptional. The long corridor leading to the back is litter with cleaning stations. I am use to one or two, maybe even three. I swear I think I 6 or 8.

Every station is state-of-the-art. Big smile in station x-ray machines and flat screen television for your viewing pleasure. I was watching the Tyra Banks show while I got my cleaning. The TV?s don?t just show the local. They have fully digital x-ray machines. X-rays takes less than minutes and are on the TV?s screen before your eyes. I needed a deep cleaning to remove excess tarter build up. I have one before and with Novocain this is a trying experience. But, with Big Smile?s state-of-the-art equipment this was most painless experience I?ve ever had. I was pleasantly surprised.

All in all, I can say this was the best visit to the dentist I have ever had.

The Dentist are great and the support staff is the same. Questions are answered right away. Fantastic communication. The price is right. Our kids love it.

The doctor and her assistant were awesome!! I hadn't been to the dentist in 4 years and was extremely nervous. They made me feel very at ease and it was painless. Definately reccommended the #1 dentist I have ever seen. The autmosphere was very clean and presentable and very much enjoyed my experience there.

i went in there for an emergency.... i had a really bad tooth ache..... they got me in that same day and i had an extraction done there as well..... Dr. Garg did my extraction... fast easy and not as painful as i thought....... and i they say they do free denistry the day of valentines... will b going there that day

A great group of people, very professional. From the girls at the front desk, to the assistants ( especially the one who help me, I think her name is Andy), and the extremely knowledgeable Doctors. I have not been to a dentist in a very long time.
I went for the $1 exam, and was very happy with the with the whole process. I was explained everything that was going on and then was set up with a break down of all the work I needed done.

This is very close to my apartment to distance is not an issue. The doctors and staff are very nice and thourough. Only drawback was that I was charged full price after a reduced rate was quoted, however, a credit was given and since they did such good work I'm going to use them again.

The service is always consistent. I have been coming for about 3 years and all the routine procedures have always been great. As soon as you come in they ask you if you want to watch tv so that is a definite plus. They are very professional and walk you through every part of the procedure. If you have not gone to a dentist in a while and want to try a good friendly place then seriously stop looking and try this place.

Before I came to Big Smile Dental I was deathly afraid of the dentist. Now Dr. siegel and Dr. quick made my fears go away, they are very gentle and explained every single step to me thoroughly. Dr. Quick did two extractions on me and I didnt feel anything at all. I would definitely recommend this dental office to all my family and friends.

Honestly, i work here at Big Smile Dental. I thought i would give a behind the scene point of view. I scheduled myself for a cleaning and it was everything i expected. Right from walking through the door and being greeted by the lovely front desk ladies. to meeting the hygienist name Jennifer. Then being seated and my items hung for me. being offered to watch tv and have the massage chair on. this all made my visit more graceful and comfortable. it makes you want to come back and if you dont believe me, then come and see for yourself. we will be happy to see you.

This is the best dentist I have ever had. The entire staff made me feel comfortable just like family. I travel all the way for Northwest Indiana to see them. My mouth has gone through a major tranformation in appearance and even in braces, I get complements. I cannot wait to see my teeth when the braces come off in 18 mos!

I have been a patient in Big Smile Dental for about 3 years now and enjoyed every part of the process. I have visited more than 10 dentist offices all around, but I've never felt less afraid in a dentist office then I have coming here. Before I would worry about how how much my mouth would hurt after leaving my appointment but I never once thought about that here.

I have been coming to Dr. Siegel for the past 10 years. He and his staff are friendly, professional and extremely knowledgable. I like the modern, up-to-date equipment they use. If you choose to, you can see on a big screen what they are doing in your mouth. They also provide Tv's with headphones while they are working on you. Every experience at the office iha always been a positive one.

Ted Siegel is a unique dentist and expert in his field.
I have been a patient for 10 years and would not choose anyone but doc siegel!
His staff is courteous and friendly and dr. siegel puts you at ease on every visit.
Dental apmts are not always enjoyable but once you have had the Big Smile Dental experience, you will want to visit your dentist regularly!
I highly recommend Dr. Ted Siegel at Big Smile Dental.

After having many bad dental experiences as a child, I really find Dr. Siegel and staff to be comforting, thorough and affordable. If you can imagine having a pleasent experience of going to any doctor, this will be one. He is honest and upfront about all work done as well as needed. Finally, a dentist office I walk out of smiling!

I was in need of a cleaning! so i searched for a inexpensive dental office and i came across big smile dental........ i found a very friendly staff and a caring hygienist. she really explained how i should really take care of my oral hygiene...... no one has ever done that... Oh and they have this really cool camera that you can see the inside of your mouth pretty impresive........

I had a visit today at Big Smile because I was long over due a cleaning and a exam. I reallly likte that Igot to see my teeth on monitor in a photo and my actual teeth I had a better understanding
of what was going on with my teeth. It started from Jan giving me a great explanation and a really great teeth cleaning. The next phase was finishing up my x-rays with Giovana who was very personable. I love Dr. Siegel. He was extremely nice and thorough. I had a bad root canal from someone back home who was a well known specialist in Cleveland. Dr. Siegel showed me on the x-ray I had a bad job done. The proof was in the pudding. I wanted to be upset, (root canals aren't cheap). Dr. Seigel said we will monitor it. Finding a good Dentist , doctor, hairdresser is hard to find. I should know first hand. Keep up the great work! Thank you Big Smile Staff, I am a raving fan and I am gonna tell my clients.

I'm not a big fan of going to see the dentist, i dont think anyone is! But I have to say after a visit to this office you'll see the difference. The staff is Friendly and completely knowledgeable. You'll definetely be impressed with the office from the Kid friendly waiting room to the comfortable seat you sit in to get your work done. The Doctor's actually take the time to explain procedure and make the overall experience worth it!!!!!!

I discovered Big Smile online, read the positive reviews, and decided to check it out. At the time, I was in search for a dental practice that utlized modern equipment and technology and offered an array of dental services at an affordable price. Big Smile met and surpassed my expectations. The staff is incredibaly affable and welcoming, and the practioners are diligent in their work. I was so impressed that I dropped my previous denitst/office, which seemed archaic in comparison, for the superior quality of Big Smile. Highly recommended!

I've been coming to Dr. Garg and her colleagues now for a few months to take care of some dental work and it's been a great experience. After avoiding the dentist for a long time, I'm close to returning to good dental health and I enjoy coming in for my treatments. The office is a fun atmosphere and full of caring and pleasant staff members. I cannot recommend Dr. Garg and the staff at Big Smile Dental enough!

Seeing as this was my first ever dental exam I'd have to say it was a good experience. I've heard the horror stories about the dental office and this was nothing like what I've heard. The staff was very friendly and professional and the doctor gave me detailed descriptions of what I need done. Overall, I am very pleased with my first dental experience here at Big Smile Dental.

Very friendly staff and modern high-tech facility. They are right in my neighborhood and while its not the most inviting area outside it sure is once you come inside. I have no insurance and have been putting off seeing the dentist for over 3 years now. I responded to their internet add for the $1 xrays and consultation. I got an appt that week and just finished my cleaning. Everything just as they said. Great work. Great facility and staff with a fair price. Cleaning was $75.

i have been going to Big Smile Dentist for quite a few years now i have have been satisfied with my servive. the people are outstanding and the room and great. this place has a good athmosphere and seems like a place were the workers enjoy coming to work on a daily baisis. I can tell that the workers here are a family that stick together and that are there for one another. in all i suggest coming here to get your teeth taken care of.

Big Smile Dental has a warm environment. They are polite and make all patients feel at ease. They comfort you by letting you watch the television. There are times when you might feel a little pain but other than that its a great place. I just wish I lived closer or they had a location near me.

I had the pleasure of having Dr. Chan work on my teeth. She was great. Very personable and professional. I have bad teeth, in the sense that they like to have cavities, and she made each visit a great experience for all the work I had done. Highly recomment Dr. Chan. She is the BEST!!!

I recently moved to the Chicago area only a few months ago and was in need of a dentist for a nasty cavity I had developed on one of my teeth. I found Big Smile Dental on google and called to see if I could come in to get my teeth looked at and they got me in right away.

The staff was all friendly and very nice. Dr. Quick was the dentist who took care of me and did the best job I have ever recieved from a dentist...top notch service. I had the cavity removed in no time and was in need of a root canal. He helped me out along the way and gave me a great deal on the service. My insurance just kicked in and I was able to get the best deal possible thanks to Dr. Quick.

With all respect, I say he is one of the best, and I plan to continue going to Big Smile Dental as long as I live in the Chicago area.

I am not a huge fan of the dentist. However, the Dr.'s and assistants are not only cheerful and easy going they make you feel at ease and right at home. This and great service together make it the ideal dentist for me and i would refer them to everyone!! Fantastic all around!

My experience with my last dentist was bad. So searching the web I came upon Big Smile. I was blown away! First, the $1 consultation is something nobody does. Second, the service is the best you can find. Everyone is very friendly, always treating you like a queen (or king). I feel pampered. All the staff is very professional. My dentist is very patient, always explaining what he's doing...Third, their equipment is top notch. Everything is state of the art in dentistry. At least, that's what it seems. So far, it's been great.

I came to Big Smile Dental to have a tooth extracted, not having had a regular dentist for years (afraid of the dentist...) The experience was very good, everything was explained to me by a friendly staff and ample time for all the questions i had was given. Everyone was very friendly while remaining professional. coming to big smile dental was a pleasure. honestly i hadnt gone to the dentist in a long time. if my daughter didnt work at the dentist i might have never gone. but after meeting the ladies at the greeting desk i decided to make an appointment. i came in for xrays and evrything went smoothly. i now get my dental work done here and wouldnt change them for any other dentist. i recommend dr.garg and the hygienists jennifer.
