Seagal Theodore - Big Smile Dental

I was a bit apprehensive going to another dentist in the city--my last experience left me in a lot of pain for well over a month...all for a very simple procedure. Luckily, my second choice ended up being the better one. The staff at Big Smile Dental is friendly, personable and knowledgable. I only had x-rays and a general check up done today, but I will be returning anytime I need dental work done. With my first dentist, I was nervous everytime I had to go back (the "simple" procedure required about 5 visits to get it right) However, I feel confident that, upon my return to Big Smile Dental, things will be handled professionally, efficiently...and pain free.

P.S. The rooms are equipped with massaging chairs and TV! Takes a bit of the sting out of going to the dentist, you know? ;)

First of all, I have been a dental patient of Dr. Siegal for close to 25yrs, and I have been a very satisfied patient of his ever since. I have always had a positive experience with this officd, the Doctor and his wonderful staff. I have referred many patients to this practice, because I believe that they would get the same treatment and respect that I have gotten throughout the years being a patient here. Dr. Siegal is a wonderful, caring individual that has reap many blessings for helping those unfortunate. I can proudly say that I believe I'am number 170 or 171 in this pracitce, which saids it all. I do come from far, but am a firm believer that when you get good service, it's worth the trip, time or day to keep going to a place that you appreciate. At the odd time that there was a misunderstanding it was handled with class and left me a satisfied customer. I found Big Smile after reading a few reviews from citysearch and yelp (which I found very helpful). This is one of the best dentist's office available in the city. Everyone from the receptionists to the dental assistants, hygenists and Doctors have all been polite, helpful and very very accomodating to my needs. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone.
