I have been to various dentists over the course of my lifetime, and this by far is the best place to go to. Dr Siegel is a pretty funny guy and he knows his stuff. I trust him with my teeth. The staff at Big Smile is cool too as they are always fun and friendly. They are always happy so it pretty much brightens up my day whenever I come, even though I know that they're going to be going at it with my teeth. One of the staff, Rosa, is REALLY cool, go say hi to her. LOL...

I've only been to Big Smile Dental twice but I am planning on making them my regular dentist. First off they have a $1 deal to get a complete set of x-rays and a full examination which is an awesome deal to get you back into the swing of dentistry. Secondly, their office is extremely accomidating to your needs and will even text you reminders for appointments. Every time I have had an appointment they have called me to see if I wanted to get taken in earlier and have been extremely flexible. The actual office has TVs and massage chairs which make the visit less boring. Over all its a great place so far.

I've been to Big Smile Dental twice now for an exam and cleanings. Everyone I've interacted with at this office has been friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to answer questions. No one has tried to push anything, and the staff have been upfront about the (very reasonable) costs. I plan to continue going to this dentist as long as I'm living in Chicago.

I have been seeing Dr. Siegel for over 5 years now and he is wonderful, especially for patients who HATE going to the dentist. I don't think I have ever had a painful experience here - he is very attentive to making your appointment pain-free and easy, even if you require a lot of complex dental work. I need to come more often!! ;)

I have been to Big Smile Dental multiple times over the past few months and i have not had a bad experience yet. The staff are always very cheerful and optimistic. i have yet to see any negativity in regards to the staff. The actual establishment is very nice as well. Im never in the waiting room for no more than 5 minutes, and the big screen tv's and massage help out a bit too. Im always satisfied with the work done on my teeth, which is probably the most important thing to know. I highly recommend Big Smile Dental. =)

p.s.
majority of the nurses here are gorgeous.. haha. (seriously)

Have been with Dr. Siegel since 1990. The best dentist I have ever been to. Very professional and the facility is impressive. First rate dental care. If you are looking for a great dentist that knows his stuff, then don't look futher. Don't take my word for it. Make an appointment and come see for yourself. You will not be dissapointed.

I haven't been able to smile for a VERY long time because I had no smile. Dr. Siegel has given that back to me! My whole life has changed thanks to him and his excellent, caring staff. You don't realize just how important that pretty smile is until you don't have it! I would recommend anyone to pay a visit to Big Smile!

I hadn't been to the dentist in years so I had no idea where to start looking for a dentist. I was reccomended by others to come visit Big Smile Dental, and I was so happy to have found such a great dental team. Everyone is friendly and concerned, really make you feel comfortable. I initially came for just a cleaning, but am now going through the INVISALIGN treatment with Dr. Siegal. So far it's been a great experience, and I'm sure that it will continue being one. I highly reccomend this dental office!

I first came to Big Smile Dental about 2 years ago. They offered a checkup and x-rays for $1. I hadn't seen a dentist for years before. I was always very apprehensive of going to the dentist before. Not surprisingly I needed a lot of work done. I had all the work done with and it was actually not a horrible experience. The entire staff is wonderful. So warm and friendly. There was no pain. Even the shots to numb me before work was done was painless. I have been eagerly arriving for my cleanings ever since. It really gives, "going to the dentist" a whole new meaning. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else. The staff makes you comfortable and at ease every time.

I went here for a second opinion after receiving an estimate for $4,000 for work that I felt wasn't necessary. After going to Big Smile dental they reassured me that this work was unnessary and save me all that money. It was like an early Christmas present!! Great place, nice people and I would recommend this dentist to anyone that asks. By the way the second opinion is only $1!!!!!

everyone here is so nice and so knowledgable. really enjoyable denist experience, you don't even mind a stranger proding around your mouth with sharp metal objects. i hate paying for parking, but it's worth the extra buck. also, super sweet new patient set up. five starts baby.

After more than 5 yrs of not going to dentist, family recommended this dentis. Staff was very informative and helpful. Treating rooms have screens and dvd players which explains what treatment they're about to perform in detail, which I was not expecting. Clean waiting room and nice decor. Overall, very good experience.

Big Smile is definitly the best dental office I have ever visited. Dr. Siegel and the whole staff couldn't be friendlier or warmer. I was very nervous going in since my teeth were very horrible due to lack of caring for them. I thought I would be snickered at, how bad my teeth were. But, instead I recieved very warm and caring support and help. The work that they do is just remarkable. I wish I could post before and after photos. You would be impressed. They also offer email and text reminders and I thought that was extremely helpful. Not to mention it is very accessable by bus, train or car (lots of street parking around). Kid friendly. They made me feel good about myself, I couldn't ask for anything more.

When I first came to Big Smile Dental, I didn't know what to except. I was a little nervous at first, but the outgoing and caring staff made me feel right at home. They were very helpful. Also, when I went to get my teeth worked on, the dentists and hygenists were also great! They actually took the time to get to know me instead of just working really fast on my teeth. And best of all, MY TEETH LOOK GREAT. I would recommend everyone to go to Big Smile Dental. I have never been to any dental office or any place that has been this magnificent and helpful. This is a dental office that is nothing like the horror stories of many people. It is a very comfortable and serene environment. In addition, it reminds you of the 80's show "Cheers" because everyone knows your name. Not only that the office is very helpful in providing resources for paying for your dental service. For example, each Valentine's Day they host a free service to as many people as they can take and provide grade A service.

Big Smile Dental is the new wave of orthondic service. The individualized service reaffirms that this is an awesome dental office. Everyone should come by for a cleaning to a root canal! Be sure to take advantage in this dental experience.

I came in today for my 6 month appointment and let me tell you it's awesome. The people at this office make me feel soo comfortable. I had not been to the dentist in over three years. I always feared going to the dentist so I kept putting off finding a dentist in the city when I moved here. I came in for a standard cleaning and check up and was pleasantly surprised. Even though I needed 3 cavities filled the visit was virtually painless and I have no apprehension about coming back in 6 months for my next check up. I highly recommend.

This was my first time at Big Smile Dental and I don't think I'll be trying any other dental offices anytime soon. Dr. Segeal and his staff run a very clean and well operated establishment. I recommend this office to anybody looking for a new dental office wit A+ work and staff.

First and foremost, it is only fair that I say I have always harbored an adverse opinion about dentist. As a kid, I thought, ?Hey, why is my mom allowing this guy stab me with his little metal hook of terror? Ow, that hurts!? As an adult, I thought, ?The last time I paid someone to administer for pain, she was covered in leather and latex demanding I refer to her as Mistress. Ow, that hurts!? Over the years, I ruined my teeth by allowing this type of logic to oversee my better judgment. I have always wanted to rectify the problem and take better care of my teeth. My only problem has always been finding a dentist that was more like Claude Monet creating the perfect smile oppose to Big Lou chopping off another slab of Porterhouse.

Without sounding like an infomercial, believe me when I say I think I have found what I am looking for at Big Smile Dentistry. Big Smile ranked number one, literally, from the very begin. I found out about them randomly googling Invisalign. Their website is first on the list. Obviously, effective advertising pays off. I click into the website and found out that not only is Big Smile a leading Chicago dentistry, but they are humanitarian too! Would you believe that Big Smile offered free dentist care on Valentine?s Day to more than 2,000 people? The free treatment included cleanings, x-rays, fillings, extractions, diagnostics and pain control. Wow! Where was I on that day? Let?s face it, a beautiful smile costs. In fact, had I have known how much a beautiful smile would cost as an adult, I would brushed 3 times a day or tried dating an aspiring dentist in college.

The reason I like Big Smile far outweigh any negative pre-existing feeling I had about dentists. The staff was courtesy and polite when I set my first appointment. They set my appointment at their early convenience which happened to be within a week. I have never scheduled a dentist appointment that soon. When you walk in the door, Big Smile appeared to be a small modest establishment. The assistant at the window, who reminds me of Alyssa Milano, didn?t hesitate to show me her beautiful sparkles with a ?big smile? as she handed over my paperwork. I handed back my paperwork, and I swear in less than a minute they call me back. Minute wait time? Gold star for Big Smile, bravo! As walked through the glass paneled doors, this dentistry when from to exceptional. The long corridor leading to the back is litter with cleaning stations. I am use to one or two, maybe even three. I swear I think I 6 or 8.

Every station is state-of-the-art. Big smile in station x-ray machines and flat screen television for your viewing pleasure. I was watching the Tyra Banks show while I got my cleaning. The TV?s don?t just show the local. They have fully digital x-ray machines. X-rays takes less than minutes and are on the TV?s screen before your eyes. I needed a deep cleaning to remove excess tarter build up. I have one before and with Novocain this is a trying experience. But, with Big Smile?s state-of-the-art equipment this was most painless experience I?ve ever had. I was pleasantly surprised.

All in all, I can say this was the best visit to the dentist I have ever had.

i went in there for an emergency.... i had a really bad tooth ache..... they got me in that same day and i had an extraction done there as well..... Dr. Garg did my extraction... fast easy and not as painful as i thought....... and i they say they do free denistry the day of valentines... will b going there that day

A great group of people, very professional. From the girls at the front desk, to the assistants ( especially the one who help me, I think her name is Andy), and the extremely knowledgeable Doctors. I have not been to a dentist in a very long time.
I went for the $1 exam, and was very happy with the with the whole process. I was explained everything that was going on and then was set up with a break down of all the work I needed done.

This is very close to my apartment to distance is not an issue. The doctors and staff are very nice and thourough. Only drawback was that I was charged full price after a reduced rate was quoted, however, a credit was given and since they did such good work I'm going to use them again.

As soon as you come in they ask you if you want to watch tv so that is a definite plus. They are very professional and walk you through every part of the procedure. If you have not gone to a dentist in a while and want to try a good friendly place then seriously stop looking and try this place.

Before I came to Big Smile Dental I was deathly afraid of the dentist. Now Dr. siegel and Dr. quick made my fears go away, they are very gentle and explained every single step to me thoroughly. Honestly, i work here at Big Smile Dental. I thought i would give a behind the scene point of view. I scheduled myself for a cleaning and it was everything i expected. Right from walking through the door and being greeted by the lovely front desk ladies. to meeting the hygienist name Jennifer. Then being seated and my items hung for me. being offered to watch tv and have the massage chair on. this all made my visit more graceful and comfortable. it makes you want to come back and if you dont believe me, then come and see for yourself. we will be happy to see you.

This is the best dentist I have ever had. The entire staff made me feel comfortable just like family. I travel all the way for Northwest Indiana to see them. My mouth has gone through a major tranformation in appearance and even in braces, I get complements. I cannot wait to see my teeth when the braces come off in 18 mos!

Ted Siegel is a unique dentist and expert in his field.

I had a visit today at Big Smile because I was long over due a cleaning and a exam. I reallly likte that Igot to see my teeth on monitor in a photo and my actual teeth I had a better understanding
of what was going on with my teeth. It started from Jan giving me a great explanation and a really great teeth cleaning. The next phase was finishing up my x-rays with Giovana who was very personable. I love Dr. Siegel. He was extremely nice and thorough. I had a bad root canal from someone back home who was a well known specialist in Cleveland. Dr. Siegel showed me on the x-ray I had a bad job done. The proof was in the pudding. I wanted to be upset, (root canals aren't cheap). Dr. Seigel said we will monitor it. Finding a good Dentist , doctor, hairdresser is hard to find. I should know first hand. Keep up the great work! Thank you Big Smile Staff, I am a raving fan and I am gonna tell my clients.

Very friendly staff and modern high-tech facility. They are right in my neighborhood and while its not the most inviting area outside it sure is once you come inside. I have no insurance and have been putting off seeing the dentist for over 3 years now. I responded to their internet add for the $1 xrays and consultation. I got an appt that week and just finished my cleaning. Everything just as they said. Great work. Great facility and staff with a fair price. Cleaning was $75.

I recently moved to the Chicago area only a few months ago and was in need of a dentist for a nasty cavity I had developed on one of my teeth. I found Big Smile Dental on google and called to see if I could come in to get my teeth looked at and they got me in right away.

The staff was all friendly and very nice. Dr. Quick was the dentist who took care of me and did the best job I have ever recieved from a dentist...top notch service. I had the cavity removed in no time and was in need of a root canal. He helped me out along the way and gave me a great deal on the service. My insurance just kicked in and I was able to get the best deal possible thanks to Dr. Quick.

With all respect, I say he is one of the best, and I plan to continue going to Big Smile Dental as long as I live in the Chicago area.

My experience with my last dentist was bad. So searching the web I came upon Big Smile. I was blown away! First, the $1 consultation is something nobody does. Second, the service is the best you can find. Everyone is very friendly, always treating you like a queen (or king). I feel pampered. All the staff is very professional. I randomly came to this dentist when I moved to Chicago, not realizing how far away the office was from my house, but quickly realized that its totally worth the drive. The staff and the doctors are great, the prices are reasonable (they're always having some kind of great promotion), and the care is excellent! I would recommend this office to my friends and family. There is metered parking, but there is always a spot avaible right in front, so I don't mind the meters.

But the hygienists and Dr. Puleo made the experience totally painless. Ever since, I always come here for my cleanings and to catch up on the dental work I neglected (sadly) prior to coming in. They are super accomodating with payment issues and insurance- your oral health definitely comes before money! I love it here and plan to continue coming here for all my dental needs. Keep away from this place! my mouth heath has deteriorated drastically after I saw this dentist. I went there ( relied on too many good reviews) due to a minor irritarion. I have more and major problems now. I cannot believe that a dentist can be so irresponsible!

Dr. Siegel is the best dentist that I have been to, and I have been to many. His ability to relax the atmoshpere and perform an excellent work are paramount of how dental work should feel.

My experience with Dr. S was disappointing ( I am not sure about other Drs.). I have not only been disappointed by the poor work but what followed it.. There are too many five-star reviews of this office. (the positive reviews have been growing exponentially. it is rather strange) My experience was very disappointing. Dr, took a few seconds to decide and kept adding more to his list. I wanted a careful dentist who would avoid excessive work. My treatment was a fiasco. I have been utterly disappointed and felt misled by the reviews.

The dental assistant with the green eyes (Edibeth) was very nice, extremely gentle and very caring. She ensured that i was comfortable and answered all of my questions. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the facility was very clean. Doctor Garg was also very easy to talk to and answered any additional questions i had. I would recommend this dental office to anyone looking to have a BIG SMILE!!! All the women in the front desk are extremely HOTT! lol.

when i first came in, Ivy welcomed me and made me feel comfortable.
For a surprise when Dr.Garg took the X-ray I took went by really fast and it didnt hurt.
The hygienist that took care of me was really nice,and she told me not to worry because it wouldnt hurt.
Everyone was pretty much really nice and they didnt make me feel weird or uncomfortable.

The entire staff is extremely understanding and patient, their professionalism extends above and beyond any dental office I have experienced.
When I first came to Big Smile Dental, I had a terrible Phobia of having dental work done. The staff there, assured me I had nothing to fear---They were so Right!

Dr. Theodore Siegel is by far the Best Dentist----Making sure that every thing is discussed you are so relaxed and he has a great sense of humor. I came here because I have no insurance- they are willing to work around that and spread out your work so you can pay a little at a time. This means you have to come back a lot but it is a little easier on the pocketbook. They are very friendly and do great work. They even try to save me money when possible. I will always come here as long as I live in Chicago.

I am such a scary cat when it comes to going to the dentist but my experience with the wonderful staff and doctors at Big Smile has changed my view of what a dental office visit should be. Dr. Siegel is a first-rate, Hollywood dentist in Chicago so his lists are long. He's amazing and he does what he does well. He's really concerned about his patients and their mouths and does what he can do to help. He gives back and is very accomodating with your schedule, your time and money. This is a great office with a great staff. I haven't had dental work in almost 10 years and did a lot of research before choosing Big Smile for my dental/orthodontic work. The staff are all friendly and Dr. Siegel treates his assistants with a lot of respect. This is very important for me because I've been in uncomfortable situations where the Dr yells at his assistants in front of the patients. Dr. Siegel seems very knowledgeable and they do a great job of explaining everything to the patient. I recommed Big Smile to all my friends and family!

My mouth was declared a federal disaster area many years ago. Every dental procedure known to man had been performed on it, and that was before I even moved to Chicago ( I exaggerate, but only a litle)! In other words, I have some familiarity with dentistry. By the time I moved to Logan Square around 5 years ago, I had so had it with office visits, that I picked the closest dentist and went with it - and that happened to be Big Smile.

It's been a very pleasant time since, I mean, in as much as dental work can be pleasant. I've had the routine stuff such as cleanings and fillings done, and the biggie, adult braces. With braces, you practically live in the dentists office. These people are very accomodating in terms of appointments late in the afternoon to replace springs, or wires that have come out, and other brace paraphernalia. They're always smiling here, and that comes through on the phone too. And the work is done right the first time, so no repeated visits for the same job. Dr. Siegel, the head honcho here, is my main dentist, but the ortho people, hygenists, and other dentists here that I've been treated by, all fit this description.

In fairness to the other dentists in my rich history, none have been horror shows, but Big Smile definitely is the one I've gone to for the longest time, and that speaks for itself.

My husband, kids & I have been coming to Big Smile Dental for approximately the last 2 yrs. My husband had been holding off going to the dentist for awhile because he was looking for a dental office where not only he would feel comfortable but most importantly have procedures explained to him in Spanish. Whenever we have questions in regards to procedures or costs, the staff and Dr Seigel are always available. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I very much appreciate the reminder phone calls for upcoming appts. Their office is in Logan Square near the blue line and is very accessible. I have had a greate experience at Big smile. The staff is great! Pam was the last representative that assisted me and was very helpful, she made sure everything was cared for, i was early for my apointment and was advised that i would be cared for very quickly. Excellent dentist and staff! Everyone was friendly, attentive and informative. I received a check-up, x-rays and cleaning...all were done with care and efficiency. The environment is as warm as a dentist can possibly be. They offer t.v. and music to help ease any discomfort and are using digital x-ray techniques that lessens the radiation and provides instant images. Also they have small cameras they use so you can see inside your mouth as well. Bilingual staff is a plus too.

Highly recommended for anyone who wants clean healthy teeth and gums.

This was my first visit, and I will come back again. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor to the hygienist was friendly, helpful and did a great job. Very thorough examination, and pretty painless, as you can watch TV through the whole thing. The office is very pleasant - TV in the front lobby, and there's a place for kids to play. The best dental office I've found in the city.

My overall experience here was good. The staff is very friendly and work together well. I often have a hard time at the dentist and they made the experience easy. More importantly, this office does not seem to have an "agenda" to get its patients coming back for cosmetic treatments, or to make problems seem more urgent than they may be. I had some minor problems with my teeth which were explained to me carefully, including the fact that they weren't very urgent and just needed to be addressed over the next year or so. In terms of payment (I don't have dental insurance), I asked if there was an help or discounts being offered, aside from the $1 first exam, and didn't get much help.

From the time I walked into the office Pam the front desk Lady was awsome. Great personality!
For my dental assistant. She was very nice and explained everything that was going to happen. Cut and dry. No surprises . Now the scary Doctor. Dr. Quick. HA not so scary. He was Fantastic! I was impressed with his hospitality and was in and out. I didn't wait long at all. Don't you just hate it when you have to wait to see the doc. Over all experience I am very impressed with everything. To how clean everything was to even the phones being dusty. There was none in shight. I give it a 10 and will keep coming back. Pam in the front desk was the kindes person to me. made sure everything was right and very friendly. The tech that did my x-rays was also very kind and always had a smile on her face and allways had something to say or ask about and made me laughf a lot. my new doc explanined everything to me in deepth and made sure i understood what she was talking about and what i had to do next with my teeth. love this place. i wont change dental places again. i found my home! :-)

Certainly the most customer service-based dental office that I have ever visited. The staff is all very helpful and friendly. I also learned a lot about dental health. Big Smile Dental has come to my dental rescue. Fearful and anxious of shots, Dr Siegel has been soothing and has helped me to relax. He has the most innovative techniques, and has helped me simply whiten a tooth I thought I'd need expensive veneers to fix. Big Smile has the most comfortable environment I've seen in a Dental office. With massage chairs and tv's at every station, I'm able to take my mind off of visits I've tried to avoid for years..it's actually made dental appointments enjoyable! The assitants and hygenists are also extremely friendly and conversational...I know I'll be a patient for years to come!

I really enjoyed my experience at Big Smile Dental; after going to another dental clinic within Chicago, I found Dr. Siegel set a treatment plan that both satisfied my dental and financial needs. With a new smile, I feel more confident with my family and friends & look forward to showing it off to those I meet. One thing that made me feel the most comfortable was the way they set my needs equal to their own-"I won't do anything to your mouth that I wouldn't do to my own." I will miss the time I spent in the office, as it became almost my home away from home. Definitely recommend it to anybody looking for quality dental care without the pricey gimicks.

I've been afraid to switch dentists after moving and having the same dentist for 15 years. I chose this office through a flier and a good deal and it worked out well! I was given an appointment immediately and had all of my issues/concerns addressed. The x-rays were a little tedious (but thorough) and all personel were friendly. I had a chip filled in (it looks perfect now) and the best cleaning I think I've ever received. I will definately return.

I just had my first appointment at Big Smile Dental. It was worth the trip. After not having seen a dentist in almost two years, it was nice to come to a place with friendly and helpful people. The office has a great set-up, with TVs in every exam room, and even some massage chairs! The hours are also very convenient for me, and include weekend hours. The $1 offer for the first exam is well worth it. Expect to pay about $75 for a cleaning on your visit. But for $76 it was well worth it!

I just started coming to Big Smile Dental 3 months ago, and I am incredibly happy with the care I and my daughters have received. I had a prior experience at another dental office where the numbing meds did not work. The dentist treated me as though it was my fault and continued to do the work although I was hurting. I came to this practice a bundle a nerves, afraid that I would have the same experience. Fortunately, the oppositie occured. Everyone -- the front desk, the hygentist, the assistants, and the dentist -- listened to my concerns and NEVER made me feel like a big dumby for saying I was worried. This entire office makes me feel like my needs is its number one concern. And, the quality of care I've received has been superb: very thorough, very attentive, very professional. Coming to the dentist has actually been a lovely break from my four small children! No, my children aren't that bad. This dental practice is just that great.

I've been going to Big Smile Dental for almost 4 years now and the service and people continue to amaze me. Starting from the receptionists to the hygienists and the doctors, people are very friendly and make do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. That's obviously tough considering it's a Dentist!

Dr. Garg is my dentist and she is great. She's very quick and efficient and does an amazing job of getting your problems resolved, as well as normal preventative maintenance. I recently started going to Candace as my hygienist and she is equally as great.

I called for an appoinment yesterday , got in the next day!
The friendly desk help, Edibeth and aida were able to find me an apoinment right away like I requested.

My cleaning was done by Candace , She was not olny painless and quick , but she was really fun too!
Seriously one iof the best cleaning technicians I have ever seen.

I have an apoinment to repair a filling for next week.

I have to admit, I never thought I'd be psyched enough about a dentist to go online and write a review. Big Smile is that good. It really felt more like I was hanging out with friends than paying to get my gross teeth cleaned.

I've got some dental problems and was kind of worried that I was going to get yelled at for not taking care of them sooner. Everyone at Big Smile was totally matter-of-fact and didn't harp on me at all (though they did make sure I know what needs to be done).

Jen is probably the best hygenist on earth - she's the main reason I felt like I was hanging out with friends. VERY nice and down to earth, yet she was still professional and gave my teeth a sparkly clean. Brenda and everyone else I met were super nice as well. Again, extremely approachable and friendly.

No dentist's office is all fun, but thanks to the people and the relaxed atmosphere, Big Smile is as close to fun as dentistry gets. I even found free parking twenty feet away.

Now we'll have to see if my impending root canal proves to be the great time I had this time around...

Believe it or not, Big Smile Dental actually makes going to the dentist fun. The office is very comfortable, complete with a television and massage chair while you are getting your exam. They are always very encouraging and never scold you if it has been a while since your last exam. They make you feel good about taking care of your teeth. Also, they can help you deisgn a treatment plan that works with your budget.

I had been comming to Big Smile Dental for 10 years and then I lost my father and could not keep my appointment for the bi-yearly check ups, I was unable to or didn't have the urgency and really didn't care to reschedule this appointment.
In December of 2007 I cracked one of my mollars and had to get into see a dentist ASAP to get it reparied and went to one a couple of blocks aware from my house and in June of this year the filling came
right out. I said to myself, I need to get back to my routine dental visits and get back to a dental office I can
trust to do the job right the first time, It was like comming back home. I went back had my tooth repaired by Dr Garr and she has done SEVERAL since then and I haven't had a problem so far.

I have no insurance, so I was looking for a dentist that is affordable. I also had not been to the dentist in years. I found Big Smile Dentist online ( they have great coupons for first time customers) they were warm and friendly and did not make me feel bad for not seeing a dentist regularly. They answer all your questions and work with you to get what you want done. I recommend early appointments. Since being a patient last August I have gotten braces and recommended my friend to get braces, and we both are using Big Smile. The dentists really care about your health and well being. Friendly staff!

I have very sensitive teeth but decided to bite the bullet in order to whiten my less than perfect smile. After over an hour of bleeching using ZOOM the pain was minimal and the results were way more than satisfactory! The staff was also very friendly and attentive to my concerns for my sensitive teeth. The procedure was also significantly more affordable as compared to many other Chicagoland dentist offices. I will definitely have a BIG smile on my face for a long time!!

I have always had a positive experience with this officd, the Doctor and his wonderful staff. I was a bit apprehensive going to another dentist in the city--my last experience left me in a lot of pain for well over a month...all for a very simple procedure. Luckily, my second choice ended up being the better one. The staff at Big Smile Dental is friendly, personable and knowledgable. I only had x-rays and a general check up done today, but I will be returning anytime I need dental work done. With my first dentist, I was nervous everytime I had to go back (the "simple" procedure required about 5 visits to get it right) However, I feel confident that, upon my return to Big Smile Dental, things will be handled professionally, efficiently...and pain free.

P.S. The rooms are equipped with massaging chairs and TV! Takes a bit of the sting out of going to the dentist, you know? ;)

As a patient I am very happy with my doctor who transformed my smile.He takes care of his patient's teeth and makes sure they stay helthy. I also like the fact that they have great costumer service and the people working there always receives costumers with a smile.

I've been coming here now for 2+ years and my experience has been very pleasant. I've been through a couple of hygenist, but each one brought something new. My comute still raises eyebrows but if my friends came here they would definitly do the same. I met Laura here on my first visit and am glad she is still here bringing the smile in Big Dental Smile.

I am 100% satisfied with the service I received at Bid Smile Dental. I was a 31 year old with extremely twisted teeth and was always embarrassed when smiling. After consulting with Dr. Siegel and staff, I knew I had come to the right place because I felt at total ease. Now I have straight teeth and couldn't be happier!!!

I saw a deal on stylechicago for a $1 dental exam and full set of x-rays. Being new to Chicago and looking for a new dentist, I thought I would try it because for $1, i had nothing to lose. The clinic was very nice, super clean and modern and the staff was friendly. I am very picky so I was relieved by the facilities. They even have flatscreen tv's you can watch while they are working on your teeth. The dentist herself, Dr. Garg, was the best part. She was completely nice, friendly and really smart. Talking to her was easy, I asked her about a million questions and she was cool about answering all of them, never rushed me or made me feel awkward for asking. She even smoothed out a chip that I had in my tooth for no extra charge. She was very cool, like I felt like she was fun and I should invite her out with my friends for martinis or something it was that nice of a visit to the dentist. I was very happy with my trip to the dentist.

I found a new dental office really close to my house. Every body in this dental office is nice to you.
as soon as you walk in you feel like they're rolling the carpet out for you. They have plasma tv's in the ceiling and the have massage chairs to help you relax. the dentist I saw was Dr. Garg
she was very patient with me. I needed a tooth pulled and I was very nervous she walked me through the procedure step by step and before i knew it she had already pulled out my tooth. she was really nice wich is hard to say about dentist since most of them are mean and dont have patience. I must say I'm really happy to have found such a nice office that was able to fit me in their schedule the same day i called.

I?m not proud of this. It?s been quite a few years since I went to see a dentist. I really haven?t taken as good care of my teeth like I know I should have. I always had a reason for putting off my dental care. My teeth were always OK. I?ve had fillings every few years but nothing really major. One day I looked in the mirror and I didn?t like what I saw. My front teeth were ground down. They kind of looked like someone took sand paper to them.
I was embarrassed by the way I looked and by the fact that I let it slide for so long. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Theodore Siegel of Big Smile Dental. I was actually very nervous about making my appointment. When I first got there the ladies who greeted me were very nice (they all had great smiles too). Of course I had to fill out the usual forms. I never find that part enjoyable. I proceeded to have a set of x-rays taken. By the way the exam and x-rays were only 1 dollar. It was easy to relax once I was there. I sat in a massage chair that I guess is built into the dental chair. They handed me a remote control to watch TV during the visit.
Dr. Siegel always made me feel comfortable. He never made me feel bad. I really thought I was going to get a lecture (I deserved one). It turned out that I needed some pretty extensive dental work, no surprise there. I needed a few fillings a couple of crowns and veneers on my front teeth. I guess you can call it an extreme makeover. My smile looks great now. Dr. Siegel is like a magician with teeth.
The experience I had was exceptional, life changing. It?s amazing how much confidence I now have because I know that I have a beautiful smile. I would recommend this office to everyone. On a scale of 1 to 100 I would give Dr. Siegel a 100. My only regret was that I waited so long to get it done.

Service levels are excellent from the receptionist scheduling the appointment to the dentist performing work on my teeth. The office is clean and very comfortable. I watched a baseball game while they cleaned my teeth. Big Smile Dentist also offers orthodontic services. They don't accept HMO Dental Insurance but accepted PPO Cigna Plan. I would highly recommend the services provided by Big Smile Dental.
