well with the dollar i received great attention to my needs i also received an expectacular cleaning for a great price...... must i say i will be going back to Big Smile Dental..... Oh and no cavities fo me!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-)

i have been going to Big Smile Dentist for quite a few years now i have have been satisfied with my servive. the people are outstanding and the room and great. this place has a good athmosphere and seems like a place were the workers enjoy coming to work on a daily baisis. I can tell that the workers here are a family that stick together and that are there for one another. in all i suggest coming here to get your teeth taken care of.

Big Smile Dental has a warm environment. They are polite and make all patients feel at ease. They comfort you by letting you watch the television. There are times when you might feel a little pain but other than that its a great place. I just wish I lived closer or they had a location near me.

I had the pleasure of having Dr. Chan work on my teeth. She was great. Very personable and professional. I have bad teeth, in the sense that they like to have cavities, and she made each visit a great experience for all the work I had done. Highly recomment Dr. Chan. She is the BEST!!!

I recently moved to the Chicago area only a few months ago and was in need of a dentist for a nasty cavity I had developed on one of my teeth. I found Big Smile Dental on google and called to see if I could come in to get my teeth looked at and they got me in right away.

The staff was all friendly and very nice. Dr. Quick was the dentist who took care of me and did the best job I have ever recieved from a dentist...top notch service. I had the cavity removed in no time and was in need of a root canal. He helped me out along the way and gave me a great deal on the service. My insurance just kicked in and I was able to get the best deal possible thanks to Dr. Quick.

With all respect, I say he is one of the best, and I plan to continue going to Big Smile Dental as long as I live in the Chicago area.

I am not a huge fan of the dentist. However, the Dr.'s and assistants are not only cheerful and easy going they make you feel at ease and right at home. This and great service together make it the ideal dentist for me and i would refer them to everyone!! Fantastic all around!

My experience with my last dentist was bad. So searching the web I came upon Big Smile. I was blown away! First, the $1 consultation is something nobody does. Second, the service is the best you can find. Everyone is very friendly, always treating you like a queen (or king). I feel pampered. All the staff is very professional. My dentist is very patient, always explaining what he's doing...Third, their equipment is top notch. Everything is state of the art in dentistry. At least, that's what it seems. So far, it's been great.

I came to Big Smile Dental to have a tooth extracted, not having had a regular dentist for years (afraid of the dentist...) The experience was very good, everything was explained to me by a friendly staff and ample time for all the questions i had was given. Everyone was very friendly while remaining professional. I am no longer afraid of the dentist!

coming to big smile dental was a pleasure. honestly i hadnt gone to the dentist in a long time. if my daughter didnt work at the dentist i might have never gone. but after meeting the ladies at the greeting desk i decided to make an appointment. i came in for xrays and evrything went smoothly. i now get my dental work done here and wouldnt change them for any other dentist. i recommend dr.garg and the hygienists jennifer.

This office far exceeded my expectations. Everyone was very welcoming during my first visit and listened to all of my concerns. The office is equipped with the latest dental technology ( cameras, digital xrays, lasers) which makes each visit painless. Laura assisted me with all my insurance questions. Giovanna was great with my xrays and the hygenist and Dr. Garg were extremely wonderful with my treatment. I absolutely love this place and recommend any and everyone to visit the office for any and all dental needs!

We have been reconstructing old fillings, some substandard work done over the years and just the effects of time. Dr. Siegel is great with his blend of steady professionalism, skill and sense of humor. Check this place out, Rosa, Laura and the other great members of the team make this the place for me....

I have been a patient of this practice for over a year and it is worth the 2 hour drive from my home to work with a practice that I trust. The dental practice is great with personalized TVs in the room, massage chairs, e-mail and text message reminders and even a birthday card with a special treat. Going to the dentist is never fun however this practice makes the experience more easy to do.

I'm really a big baby when it comes to shots, x-rays, or any other necessary work needed to be performed on my mouth. But Dr. Quick's patience and experience provide an unimaginable sense of security that's unexplainable. You have to ask for Dr. Quick!

I just had a cleaning by "Gentle Jennifer." The Staff at Big Smile Dental always puts patients at ease whether young or not so young. You are always greeted with nice smiles especially Brenda's. They are friendly, always ready to help and they always provide absolutely EXCELLENT dental care. Not surprising if you know Dr. Siegel!

I've been a patient of Dr. Theodore Siegel for around 20 years. During that time-I've tried other dentist when my insurance forced me too and none compared or even came close. I love the personal touch and the way the office staff goes out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. On one instance, Dr. Siegel took an emergency appointment from me and rearranged his schedule so he could personally take care of me. I also like that Dr. Siegel gives back to the community and offers free dental one day a year to those who are less fortunate.

In a time when we all are cutting back on the extras, the last thing I would give up would be dental health. The staff at Big Smile Dental has educated me on the importance of regular visits. Not only are my teeth sparkly white, but I enjoy walking into the office every six months. The staff is very friendly, remembers me and does everything they can to make me feel comfortable. All of the doctors are knowledgable and really want what is best for my oral health. I highly recommend Big Smile Dental to anyone looking for a dentist or are just not smiling when they walk out of their dentists' offices.

I had not been to the dentist in years and needed some pretty extensive work done. I was very nervous on my first appointment, but after meeting with Veronica who helped me through my initial phases of repair at Big Smile Dental, It was easy for me to keep my appointments and do all the follow through. She is very caring and these people are so understanding and gentle with their patients, I highly reccomend them to anyone who feels alot of anticipation or fear with scheduling an appointment for dental work. Five stars all the way!

I hadn't been to the dentist in a really long time, and I was really nervous. From the moment I walked in everyone was really friendly. The hygienist Jen made me feel really comfortable and she was easy to talk to! I was afraid the cleaning was going to hurt, but Jen was really gentle and my teeth felt awesome afterwards. Definitely will come again!

I randomly came to this dentist when I moved to Chicago, not realizing how far away the office was from my house, but quickly realized that its totally worth the drive. The staff and the doctors are great, the prices are reasonable (they're always having some kind of great promotion), and the care is excellent! I would recommend this office to my friends and family. There is metered parking, but there is always a spot avaible right in front, so I don't mind the meters.

Everything was true, high tech, real, and friendly! I loved being able to see the inside of my mouth and got to watch Toy Story on the tube! Staff and Doctor were friendly, very informed and efficient and fast too. I was afraid it might be too good to be true (only 1$ for exam and X-Rays!) Well it was true!!!

What I like about Big Smile Dental is the great detail to care. I have been with Big smile for the last 5 years and the truth is I would not switch to any other place. The people who work here are kind, caring and you feel right at home. Dr. Siegel is wonderful he has been working with me from day one and the attention he gave me and continues to give me is excellent. I could have chosen so many other place for my dental work but I am so glad I chose Big Smile. Big kudos to the entire team that works here.

My second visit at big smile dental was a positve expirence... I had a root canal done by Dr. Quick and he walked me through the entire process.. I will be returning soon.

The moment I walked in I felt very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dr Quick was my dentist, he explained everything with much detail and walked me through my procedure. Big Smile Dental did a outstanding job with me and I recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Chan has great "chair -side manners". She explains all the procedures in depth and tries to use the best procedure in regards to the patient's needs. I'm not a big fan of getting shots in my mouth and some how she makes them almost painless. The whole staff is very attentive and understanding.

I've been coming to Big Smile Dental for more than two years, now, and could not be happier. I first came into the office for a root canal- not the most pleasant of procedures! But the hygienists and Dr. Puleo made the experience totally painless. Ever since, I always come here for my cleanings and to catch up on the dental work I neglected (sadly) prior to coming in. They are super accomodating with payment issues and insurance- your oral health definitely comes before money! I love it here and plan to continue coming here for all my dental needs. Dr. Puleo is awesome. She is my favorite, for sure, and all of the girls in the office are really sweet. Go here!!!

After researching a place that did both cosmetic and non cosmetic procedures, Big Smile Dental seemed to be the one I was looking for. A $1 x-ray and oral exam sealed the deal. They spoke to me about veeners and other cosmetic procedures followed by a great cleaning.

I came into Big Smile Dental for veneers. I was encouraged to get invisalign and I couldn't be happier! The staff is so helpful with scheduling, payments, and are genuinely concerned. I am so happy I found this office on the internet and I was able to walk in and get started with improving my smile. My new smile is amazing and I owe it all to Dr. Seigel. Keep away from this place! my mouth heath has deteriorated drastically after I saw this dentist. I went there ( relied on too many good reviews) due to a minor irritarion. I have more and major problems now. I cannot believe that a dentist can be so irresponsible!

If you are a hardworking person, looking for a careful and reliable doctor and relying on on-line reviews to find one I am not sure you are looking at the right office. My experience with Dr. S was disappointing ( I am not sure about other Drs.). I have not only been disappointed by the poor work but what followed it.. I am realizing that solid dental offices do not get 100 + inflated reviews.

They cater to all your dental needs and provide 100% upscale, professional work. I would not trade my dentist for anyone in this world =). When choosing a new dentist, one is skeptical...this was an absolutely incredible experience!!! From the moment you walk in, you feel very cared for. From the friendly girls at the front desk, to the bedside manor of the dental tech and the dentist were top notch! What professionals!!! I have now found a dental facility I will actually look forward to going to! I am very excited to have started the process of ongoing dental care with an organization I know I can trust to do sensational work and one that I feel will keep my comfort uppermost in their minds!

The dental assistant with the green eyes (Edibeth) was very nice, extremely gentle and very caring. She ensured that i was comfortable and answered all of my questions. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the facility was very clean. Doctor Garg was also very easy to talk to and answered any additional questions i had. I would recommend this dental office to anyone looking to have a BIG SMILE!!! All the women in the front desk are extremely HOTT! lol.
