when i first came in, Ivy welcomed me and made me feel comfortable.
For a surprise when Dr.Garg took the X-ray I took went by really fast and it didnt hurt.
The hygienist that took care of me was really nice,and she told me not to worry because it wouldnt hurt.
Everyone was pretty much really nice and they didnt make me feel weird or uncomfortable.

The entire staff is extremely understanding and patient, their professionalism extends above and beyond any dental office I have experienced.
When I first came to Big Smile Dental, I had a terrible Phobia of having dental work done. The staff there, assured me I had nothing to fear---They were so Right!
It was Completely Painless !!!!
Dr. Theodore Siegel is by far the Best Dentist----Making sure that every thing is discussed you are so relaxed and he has a great sense of humor. Because of Dr. Seigal and his staff, I feel confident. They gave me my smile back and, my mouth feels healthy! I looked forward to completing all the work I needed done---And I did!

Dentist visits can be pretty intimidating however the staff at Big Smile greet you with a genuine smile and make you feel at ease. Street parking is metered so bring plenty of quarters.

I came here because I have no insurance- they are willing to work around that and spread out your work so you can pay a little at a time. This means you have to come back a lot but it is a little easier on the pocketbook. They are very friendly and do great work. They even try to save me money when possible. I will always come here as long as I live in Chicago.

My family and I have been patients at Big Smile Dental for the past 3 years. The dentistry performed by Dr. Siegel has been the best I have ever received. Dr. Siegel and his staff continue to make my dental experience somewhat enjoyable (considering the reason for the visit) and it is definitely worth my hour long drive to his office. I highly recommend Big Smile Dental!!

I would just like to say, that my dental experience at Big Smile Dental was absolutely amazing!!! I never ever have been to a more caring and friendly dental clinic. I had an emergency dental problem, and the staff at Big Smile Dental Clinic took care of me as if i was one of there own staff members. They were extremely professional and friendly. As soon as i walked in the front door, and signed the registry book, They were already calling my name, and ready to provide excellent treatment services, and might i add _ WITHOUT ANY PAIN WHATSOEVER! I will definately make Big Smile Dental my place for any and all Dentistry needs.

I am such a scary cat when it comes to going to the dentist but my experience with the wonderful staff and doctors at Big Smile has changed my view of what a dental office visit should be. I highly recomend this place!!! the exam was only $1.00 and I wanted to charge that to my card and the front desk staff told me to just see her next time because she didnt want to charge my card for $1.00 how nice is that I do plan on coming back!!!!

I would like to say that this office is the best that i have ever seenIts upbeat and modern, plus the doctor is a funny and very friendly person. The staff are also nice and show they care about your dental needs. There are flat screen TV's eveerywhere with information about teeth and important things and tips. I havent been there since 2005 i came in today,and wow they have gotten better. They wiil forever have my business. Thank you

Dr. Siegel is a first-rate, Hollywood dentist in Chicago so his lists are long. He's amazing and he does what he does well. He's really concerned about his patients and their mouths and does what he can do to help. He gives back and is very accomodating with your schedule, your time and money. His staff, although it changes often is always very pleasant and accomodating. His office culture is truly all about the accomodations for his patients. Thank you for being 1st rate.

This is a great office with a great staff. I haven't had dental work in almost 10 years and did a lot of research before choosing Big Smile for my dental/orthodontic work. The staff are all friendly and Dr. Siegel treates his assistants with a lot of respect. This is very important for me because I've been in uncomfortable situations where the Dr yells at his assistants in front of the patients. Dr. Siegel seems very knowledgeable and they do a great job of explaining everything to the patient. I recommed Big Smile to all my friends and family!

I really enjoyed my first vist. EVERYONE was very friendly fun to talk too. They are very informent as well letting you know everything you need to do beyond the office vist to have and keep a great smile. Even though this was my first vist I can already tell that they are about coummity. They offer services for free on V-day from cleaning to fillings. To do that in todays world make me want to come back. GOD BLESS

My mouth was declared a federal disaster area many years ago. Every dental procedure known to man had been performed on it, and that was before I even moved to Chicago ( I exaggerate, but only a litle)! In other words, I have some familiarity with dentistry. By the time I moved to Logan Square around 5 years ago, I had so had it with office visits, that I picked the closest dentist and went with it - and that happened to be Big Smile.

It's been a very pleasant time since, I mean, in as much as dental work can be pleasant. I've had the routine stuff such as cleanings and fillings done, and the biggie, adult braces. With braces, you practically live in the dentists office. These people are very accomodating in terms of appointments late in the afternoon to replace springs, or wires that have come out, and other brace paraphernalia. They're always smiling here, and that comes through on the phone too. And the work is done right the first time, so no repeated visits for the same job. Dr. Siegel, the head honcho here, is my main dentist, but the ortho people, hygenists, and other dentists here that I've been treated by, all fit this description.

In fairness to the other dentists in my rich history, none have been horror shows, but Big Smile definitely is the one I've gone to for the longest time, and that speaks for itself.

Big Smile Dental is great. I travel 60 miles to see Dr. Siegel. The entire staff treats me and my children like we are part of their family. The office is comfortable and inviting. My children are at ease at every visit, and that means the world to me. Dr. Siegel has the ability to eliminate all pain and fear from dental proceedures. He always has the most up-to-date equipment and techniques!

My husband, kids & I have been coming to Big Smile Dental for approximately the last 2 yrs. My husband had been holding off going to the dentist for awhile because he was looking for a dental office where not only he would feel comfortable but most importantly have procedures explained to him in Spanish. Whenever we have questions in regards to procedures or costs, the staff and Dr Seigel are always available. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I very much appreciate the reminder phone calls for upcoming appts. Their office is in Logan Square near the blue line and is very accessible. I have recommended this office to family and friends which is something I have never done before. I highly recommend this dental office - you will not be sorry.

Came in for teeth whitening and was taken care of very well by their staff. They were always very in tune to my needs and constantly asking if I needed anything. Their facility is very clean and modern -- tvs and massage chairs were a nice surprise.

I will definitely come back for additional work in the future and will recommend them to my friends/family as well.

My first visit to Big Smile was great. They explained everything that was going to be done to me. The chairs are awesome, they have massage settings so you can feel comfortable while the dentist works on you. The staff are very friendly and always ask if you need anything.

I have had a greate experience at Big smile. The staff is great! Pam was the last representative that assisted me and was very helpful, she made sure everything was cared for, i was early for my apointment and was advised that i would be cared for very quickly. As promised i was attended in a matter of minutes and was in my chair talking with the Dentist. It is a great office to come to and i will continue to have Big smile as my dental office of choice.

The entire staff at this office was fantastic. First patient care was top notch from professionalism over the phone to warm greetings when entering the door. Upon my first visit, I had a wonderful experience with cleaning, x-rays, and the Dentist was very attentative. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring and inteligent staff when choosing a Dentist!

Plus, the plasma t.v.'s you can watch when getting a cleaning are not too bad either...

Excellent dentist and staff! Everyone was friendly, attentive and informative. I received a check-up, x-rays and cleaning...all were done with care and efficiency. The environment is as warm as a dentist can possibly be. They offer t.v. and music to help ease any discomfort and are using digital x-ray techniques that lessens the radiation and provides instant images. Also they have small cameras they use so you can see inside your mouth as well. Bilingual staff is a plus too.

Highly recommended for anyone who wants clean healthy teeth and gums.

This was my first visit, and I will come back again. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor to the hygienist was friendly, helpful and did a great job. Very thorough examination, and pretty painless, as you can watch TV through the whole thing. The office is very pleasant - TV in the front lobby, and there's a place for kids to play. The best dental office I've found in the city.

Pros: First time visitors get X-rays and exam for $1. TVs help distract you during cleaning.

My overall experience here was good. The staff is very friendly and work together well. I often have a hard time at the dentist and they made the experience easy. More importantly, this office does not seem to have an "agenda" to get its patients coming back for cosmetic treatments, or to make problems seem more urgent than they may be. I had some minor problems with my teeth which were explained to me carefully, including the fact that they weren't very urgent and just needed to be addressed over the next year or so. In terms of payment (I don't have dental insurance), I asked if there was an help or discounts being offered, aside from the $1 first exam, and didn't get much help.

Well I can say for my first visit in a long time to the dentist much has changed since my first visit. I really enjoyed the OUTSTANDING customer service. Their staff was very frinedly and I was very impressed with this.
From the time I walked into the office Pam the front desk Lady was awsome. Great personality!
For my dental assistant. She was very nice and explained everything that was going to happen. Cut and dry. No surprises . Now the scary Doctor. Dr. Quick. HA not so scary. He was Fantastic! I was impressed with his hospitality and was in and out. I didn't wait long at all. Don't you just hate it when you have to wait to see the doc. Over all experience I am very impressed with everything. To how clean everything was to even the phones being dusty. There was none in shight. I give it a 10 and will keep coming back. Thanks Big Dental smile for everything.

I just wanted to tell everyone that this was my first visit here and it was WONDERFUL!! From the second you walked in the staff greeted you with a smile, and in minutes time I was in back getting my exam! I was assisted by Ida, Pam and Jen all were very kind and great at their jobs! I would recommend anyone to come here for the teeth needs! I know I will be back every 4 months for my teeth cleaning and exam:)

Pam in the front desk was the kindes person to me. made sure everything was right and very friendly. The tech that did my x-rays was also very kind and always had a smile on her face and allways had something to say or ask about and made me laughf a lot. my new doc explanined everything to me in deepth and made sure i understood what she was talking about and what i had to do next with my teeth. love this place. i wont change dental places again. i found my home! :-)

Certainly the most customer service-based dental office that I have ever visited. The staff is all very helpful and friendly. I also learned a lot about dental health. My examiner and densist both enlightened me on the biological processes driving my oral displeasure. Its always cool to learn! Overall it was a good experience.

Big Smile Dental has come to my dental rescue. Fearful and anxious of shots, Dr Siegel has been soothing and has helped me to relax. He has the most innovative techniques, and has helped me simply whiten a tooth I thought I'd need expensive veneers to fix. Big Smile has the most comfortable environment I've seen in a Dental office. With massage chairs and tv's at every station, I'm able to take my mind off of visits I've tried to avoid for years..it's actually made dental appointments enjoyable! The assitants and hygenists are also extremely friendly and conversational...I know I'll be a patient for years to come!

Have spent 50k over my lifetime on dentist services, nevered really trusted if most of the work was really necessary. Until now. Very honest poeple who explain whats going on without running up the bill on you. You won't get screwed.
